"All things are lawful for me, but not all are convenient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be dominated by any of them."

1 Corinthians 6:12

We have the free will to do what we want, even after we are bought. The freedom to choose is ours. But the big question in the church is what can and cannot be done. What has destroyed the church today is ourselves, when we say "it has nothing to do with it". We want to teach people what they can and cannot, even though we don't know what God wants.

We need to understand that we were bought at a high price. If we are bought, we have an owner. Do my attitudes please my owner? (1 Corinthians 6:20) We are temples of the Holy Spirit, we need to glorify the Father with our bodies. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

Do the clothes I wear please God? The earrings, the music we listen to, the places we go... I'm not forbidding you to do anything, but did you ask the Holy Spirit what He thinks of your attitude? Have you given up your freedom to live His freedom? (Romans 12:1-2)

God bless you!
