"And, behold, they brought him a paralytic lying on a bed. Jesus, therefore, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, Be of good cheer, son; your sins are forgiven."

Matthew 9: 2

In this passage a paralytic appears before Jesus to be healed, but before healing him, Jesus says that his sins are forgiven. All the people who were at that time found it very strange. But Jesus was concerned about something other than this man's illness. He was concerned with changing his life for real, that is, changing the interior. (Matthew 9: 5-7; 1 Samuel 16: 7)

There is no point in being healed, being successful, having a great job, and your insides are sick! Christian life requires a change from the inside out. Every day we need to kill our flesh! (Galatians 2: 19-20)

To be truly happy, we need to let the Lord take care of our inner selves. (Matthew 10:39)

God bless you!
