"I lift up my eyes to the mountains: where will my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth."
Psalm 121:1-2
Everyone has a problem to be solved. The Psalmist here was looking at the mount, suddenly he saw his help. It came from heaven! It was the Lord! (Psalm 121:1-2) Mount of the Bible, means tribulations. Many people cannot overcome tribulations because their hope is often in their job, in the medicine that the doctor prescribed, in people... You need to look over the mountain, because your help comes from heaven, comes from the Lord!
God has prepared a relief for the church. (Hebrews 4:9) We must learn to live God's plans for us. (Isaiah 55:8-9)
The Holy Spirit is ready to reveal the Father's thoughts to us. (1 Corinthians 2:10-12)
Look to Heaven, your help is there! God is our help!
