When Kids are Brought up

so this is just the topic of possibly having children or the idea of children in your life as a couple

Just to make sure that's cleared up!

Kisame:

"very funny" Kisame grumbled walking away from you with the laundry basket

"I'm being serious!" you protested following with another basket

"you're crazy" he shrugged signing you up on that list in his mind

"about you maybe" you giggled only to get a mildly dirty look from your boyfriend. "oh come on Kisame, it's not that awful of a thing"

"it is, I cant imagine anything more terrifying" he grouched slamming the basket down

"hey!" you yelled hurt by his words "it would be great!"

"there's enough freakshows on tis planet, we don't need more"

"...you really don't want to ever have kids?" you asked quietly

Kisame immediately regretted his words and tone and with a sigh turned around to face you.

"why are you bringing this up?"

"i..." you suddenly felt all shy.

You had been thinking about this for a while. Every time you saw a kid with their parents, when a child was brought up in a book or movie...your mind would flicker back to that dream. The idea of child between the two of you curiously stuck to your heart and mind.

Working up the courage to answer you began again...

"I was just thinking...how it would be sweet to have a little thing that was both of us..."

"both of us huh..." he mused with a sigh "(name) you sure about that? look at me. The thing would be terrifying from my genes alone"

"then mine would just counteract the scary with cute" you shot back so fast that it caught the missing mist ninja by surprise.

It was clear that this was not a question on a whim...

Kisame chuckled unable to really fight you back on that point, he did find you undeniably adorable.

"that's...really what you want...? with me? not someone much better looking...?" He sounded unsure and doubtful.

You scoffed at the notion.

Of course his insecurities were bubbling up and wedging themselves between the two of you and this possibility. You closed the distance and with a tug of his shirt, forced him a tad lower for easier access. You hurried to smoosh yourself against his lips before parting the quick 'shut up' kiss

"nobody else will do" you grinned sweetly

Hidan:

"-so we should have a ton of kids!" he ended the long winded whirlwind of a rant while you just groaned and hid into the pillows

"Hidan, PLEASE, it's 5am! go back to sleep" you complained

"think about it! what better way to prove to Jashin-sama I'm serious?! Not only am I giving him followers but his presence is more known In the world. He'll have more sacrifices too" he gleefully continued rubbing your bare shoulder
