Tuesday:

It was Tuesday morning as I was driving down the road towards the hospital. Dean sat next to me in the passengers seat.

"Here we are," I announced as I pulled into the hospital parking lot.

I immediately shut the car off and got out. Dean followed suit.

The two of us walked side by side into the hospital. I headed towards the front desk with Dean following me.

"Hello," I greeted the lady at the desk.

She gave me a sweet smile, "Hello, can I get a name?"

"Oh, my name is Gabriella Bryan and I'm here to visit by friend Charlotte," I said.

"Oh, your friends with Charlotte," she said in amusement.

"Oh god, what did she do now?" I asked.

The lady laughed, "I'm just kidding. Here, I'll show you to her room."

We followed the lady down the hall and she led us outside a room.

"There you are," she said, "Have fun."

"Thank you," I said, than looked back at Dean.

"Charlotte is going to tackle you when she sees you," Dean told me.

"I know," I grabbed the doorknob, "Hopefully I don't get killed."

I opened the door.

"Gabby!" I heard a scream and second later Charlotte had hugged me.

"Thank you so much for missing work to come," Charlotte said.

I looked over her shoulder and saw Zach was carrying a small bundle in his arms.

"Deanboo!" Charlotte said, giving Dean a hug, "You came!"

I laughed, looking over at Charlotte.

"Deanboo?" Dean asked as the two broke apart.

"I personally like it," Charlotte said.

My eyes went back to Zach, who had a huge smile on his face as he looked at the thing in his arms.

Charlotte followed my gaze, "Come on," she grabbed my wrist and walked me over.

The three of us reached Zach. I looked into his arms to see a small baby laying in his arms, his eyes shut.

"He's so cute," I whispered.

"Would you like to hold him?" Charlotte asked, than added, "For a moment."

"Yeah," I said.

Zach handed him to me and I gently took him in my arms. I couldn't help but notice how innocent and fragile the child was as he laid in my arms.

Charlotte looked over my shoulder, "I actually have even more news."

She showed me the ring on her hand.

I almost dropped the baby when I saw it, but I kept it under control.

"Oh my god! Congrats!" I said, looking from Zach to Charlotte.

"Thank you," Charlotte said. I have never seen my friend look anymore happy.

"Dean," Charlotte said, "Do you want to hold him?"

Dean took a step back, "No, that's OK."

"Come on, look at how cute he is," Charlotte said, "I will be very offended if you don't. You should feel lucky you are one of the few people I trust."
