May 12th 2013- 8 and a half weeks
"Happy muver's day!" Lena shouted when Lorelai opened the door
"Thank you very much" Lorelai kissed Lena's cheek "happy Mother's Day to you, too" she hugged Rory
"Happy Mother's Day" Logan said and handed Lorelai a bouquet of flowers
"Thank you"
"What is this?" Rory asked, looking at a book on the coffee table
"That's your book. You don't recognize it?" Lorelai teased
"I recognize it. Why are you reading it?"
"It's a good book" Lorelai shrugged "do you guys wanna go to Luke's? I need coffee"
"Sure" Rory's said
Lorelai, Rory, Logan, and Lena made their way over to Luke's
They walked in and Rory was hit with the smell of coffee which immediately made her nauseous.
"Are you ok?" Lorelai asked
"Yeah" Rory took a deep breath "I'm fine"
Lorelai stood there for a minute, looking between Rory, Logan and the counter where there was a fresh pot of coffee.
"Oh...my...god" Lorelai said, quietly, looking at Rory. She grabbed Rory's hand and dragged her to the apartment above the diner. "You're pregnant!"
"What?!" Rory exclaimed "how did you know?"
"Oh please" Lorelai scoffed "you walk into the diner, smell coffee, and immediately look like your gonna puke" Lorelai said "are you?...gonna puke?"
"I don't think so" Rory shook her head
"But you are pregnant?"
"Yes. I'm pregnant"
"Oh, my god, congratulations!" Lorelai hugged Rory and swayed from side to side
"Stop! No shaking!" Rory ran into the bathroom
"Sorry" Lorelai said, following Rory into the bathroom and holding her hair
"Don't worry about it" Rory said, leaning back against the wall
Lorelai sat down across from her on the bathroom floor "so how far along are you?"
"A little over 8 weeks"
"Ace, you ok?" Logan came upstairs with Lena "what happened?" He sighed when he saw Rory sitting on the bathroom floor
"My fault" Lorelai said "I should know better than to shake a pregnant woman"
"You told her"
"She figured it out" Rory said
"Mama" Lena ran over to Rory and sat in her lap giving her a hug
"Oh, my baby" Rory said. She wrapped one hand around Lena and put the other on the back of Lena's head, holding her close
"Nana" Lena turned around to look and Lorelai
"Hmm?"
"I give mommy hugs cause she's sick" Lena whispered
"Well, aren't you just the sweetest?" Lorelai smiled
"No" Lena said, causing Rory, Logan and Lorelai to laugh
"I brought you guys coffee" Luke said as he approached the closed apartment door
"Don't bring that in here!" Lorelai yelled
