"Ace, we gotta go" Logan said when we walked passed Rory who was sitting at the kitchen's table
"I hate being pregnant" Rory groaned and put her head down on the table
"I know, but look at it this way, you've made it through 38 weeks, what's 2 more? And besides it's Christmas. You love Christmas. Just think that you only have to get through Christmas and then you're done"
"I was hoping nugget would be here before Christmas"
"I know" Logan rubbed her back
"Daddy, I'm cold" Lena said, walking into the kitchen
"Where's are your socks?" Logan noticed Lena was barefoot "I put socks on you this morning. Where are they?"
"I took them off" Lena shrugged
"That's why you're cold"
"Oh" Lena giggled
"Go get some socks, munchkin"
"Ok"
Half an hour later they were in the car, on their way to visit Honor
"¿cuándo estaremos allí?" Lena asked

"English baby" Rory reminded her
"Why?"
"Because daddy doesn't speak Spanish" Rory said
"Why?"
"Because my parents didn't love me like we love you" Logan chuckled
"Logan!" Rory smacked his arm
"Hey, I'm driving here"
"Don't say stuff like that to her"
"Alright. Alright"
"Oh, I'm so excited to see the baby!" Rory said a few minutes later
"Yeah, me too"
"What's the baby's name, again?"
"Rose...or Rosie. I can't remember which"
"Do you think they'll get along?"
"Who?"
"Lena and nugget"
"I'm sure they will"

"So how's Honor doing?" Lorelai asked, later that day once Rory, Logan, and Lena had gotten to Stars hollow
"She's doing well" Logan said
"Good" Lorelai said "how about you? Any chance for a Christmas baby?"
"Probably not" Rory said "Christmas is actually the rarest day to be born on"
"Why do you know that?" Logan asked
Rory shrugged
"Hey Lorelai?" Luke called out from the kitchen
"Yeah?"
"What the hell is this?" Luke held up a machete
"Language" Rory gestured to Lena
"Sorry" Luke said "what is this?"
"A machete" Lorelai said
"Why do you have a machete?" Luke asked
"Why not?" Rory chuckled, softly
"I was in a store and I saw it and I thought it was cool" Lorelai explained
