The Graduates

May 20th

Logan, Rory, Lena, and Sophie were watching Daniel's last baseball game of the year.

"Strike him out!" Logan yelled as Daniel got ready to pitch

"You say that every time" Sophie said

"And he strikes them out every time" Logan said

"Yeah, but that's because he's a good pitcher, not because you tell that" Lena said

"Wanna help me out here?" Logan looked at Rory

"Oh, you want me to help you?" Rory raised an eyebrow "where were you this morning when I forgot my towel before getting in the shower?"

"Yeah, but I had a very good reason not to give you a towel" Logan said quietly, with a smirk

"Ew! Stop talking!" Lena exclaimed

"Seriously though" Rory said "Watch your mouth"

After the game was over and Daniel's team won he found the rest of the family over by the parking lot.

"Hey! Good job!" Logan fist bumped Daniel

"You were great" Rory ruffled his hair "ugh, and you're sweaty"

Everyone chuckled

"You ready to play on a high school team, next year?" Lena asked

"Oh, don't remind me" Rory groaned "one going to high school, one going to college, next thing I know you'll all be grown adults with your own lives"

"If it helps, I'm not technically supposed to be going to college for 2 more years" Lena said

"It doesn't"

May 21st

Lena's soccer team stood in a circle holding hands before the championship game.

"Alright" Coach Simmons said "we fought hard to be here tonight, and we earned it. It's our last game with our seniors so let's leave them with one last good memory"

Lena glanced at Oliver and he squeezed her hand

"I want you all to know how proud I am of all of you. Wether you're gonna be playing next year or not. Each and every one of you has made a big impact on this team and you'll all be missed."

The referee blew the whistle

"Ok...go do your thing"

The team started walking to their positions. Jonathan, Lexie, Lena, and Oliver stayed holding hands.

"Our last game together" Lexie said as they walked into the field

"Let's make it count" Lena smiled

"Go Lena! Go!" Logan yelled as Lena ran across the field with the ball

"So loud" Rory put her hands up to her ear

"Sorry"

"Why'd it just get quiet?" Lorelai asked

"Look at the clock" Luke said "she gets it in the net, they win"

"Go baby face!" Lexie shouted

"Put it in the net!" Melissa yelled

Lena kicked the ball into the net, causing the crowd to cheer.

"Let's go!" Lexie ran over to Lena and wrapped arms around her legs to lift her up and spin her around.
