I decided to forgive Charlie for the past. We were just kids and it's stupid to hold a grudge. I decided to forgive myself for acting dumb back then. I knocked on Charlie's door. He answered.
"Yn, what are you doing here?"
"I just wanted to apologise. I should have done it sooner but I guess it just didn't cross my mind." I said feeling guilty. Charlie embraced me in a hug. "I forgive you. And I'm sorry"
I promised myself to have a brand new attitude. So now I can my emotions again. We were just trying to figure out how to live. With no Shane or blame cause the damage is done.
"I guess we were to busy living a dream" said Charlie. I nodded. " We never even noticed that our relationship was caving in on us". And besides, if I hated Charlie and Charlie hated me then what would that do? When the bad memories came in, I just breathe in and count to ten.
I really missed Charlie.
