Ace raised his eyebrows and with crossed arms, he looked at Riddle. "Huh. That's actually not half bad, dude." He admitted with a shrug. Deuce nodded, excitement crossing over his face. "That's quite the plan, Housewarden Rosehearts!" He exclaimed.

Cater grinned. "Sounds like 'ol Cay-Cay has a lot of prep work to do before the big day!" He said. Riddle nodded to the third year. "Thank you, Cater. Take care not to raise any suspicions." He ordered. Cater nodded, turning towards the wolf. "So, H-B-U, Jack? You heard Riddle's plan. Are you in? Or out?" He questioned.

Jack sighed and crossed arms. He pursed his lips. "There's nothing cowardly about it, at least. I suppose we can work together this one time." He mumbled. Grim raised his eyebrows to him. "Really feelin' the trust there, Jack." He said sarcastically.

Ace shot the group finger guns. "Cool beans. Let's all get to our classes. I know I want them over with." He mumbled. Riddle held his hand up in a 'hold it right there' motion. "Hold on a moment, freshmen. Because of the information it yielded, I am going to overlook your flagrant violation of rule #6: "No fighting on campus." But rest assured that if it happens again, it will cost you your heads. Are we clear?" He questioned sternly.

Everyone gave him a small bow. "Yes sir, Housewarden Rosehearts." They all called. Jack rubbed the back of his neck.
"...Yeah." The wolf murmured. Riddle gave everyone one last firm nod. "Very well. Let us get to class." He said before turning and walking away.

Jack sucked in a breath. "Man, I thought he looked like a wuss, but your housewarden is one scary dude." The whispered to his fellow freshmen. Ace sighed, hands on his hips as he shook his head. "You ain't wrong. Mistake him for a friendly hedgehog and you'll quickly learn he's actually a furious porcupine."

Just then, the bell rung signaling class was about to begin. You grabbed your classmates' arms. "Alright, Jack. We gotta go. See ya later!" You called out as you began to drag Ace and Deuce away with Grim running behind you all. The wolf let out a small huff and stiff wave.

A few hours later, after class had ended and the sun had set, Leona laid in his dorm's lounge, scowl on his face as he glared at Ruggie and two other Savanaclaw residents behind their vice housewarden. "Ruggie, what's this I heard about you gettin' chased around by the Heartslabyul kids at lunch?! You idiot! I told you a thousand times to make sure you didn't leave any evidence behind!" The lion growled.

Ruggie blinked, shaking his head in denial. "I... I didn't! That was some kind of a fluke. You don't need to worry about a thing, Boss. They've got no evidence whatsoever. Cross my heart and hope to die!" He said while bringing his hand across his chest.

The lion glared at him for a moment before sitting back with a scoff. "Hmph. Anyway, I secured the cooperation of that creepy squid at Octavinelle, but it didn't come cheap. If you idiots mess things up on tournament day, I am gonna fry you up and eat you myself." He threatened.

The hyena smirked. "The main dish is coming along nicely." He said. One of the Savanaclaw residents stepped forwards. "Don't worry. We're gonna have those Diasomnia jerks pleading for mercy on tournament day!" He told the housewarden. Ruggie grinned. "I do look forward to watching this all play out. Oh, how the world will praise us when they see you standing over a battered Malleus Draconia! Maybe some top corporate recruiters will even take an interest in a little ol' hyena like me." He laughed.

The Savanaclaw resident grinned. "Even the pro leagues will be scouting you!" He exclaimed. Leona rolled his eyes. "Look at all'a you—celebratin' when you've only just sunk your claws into your prey." He chastised. The other nameless Savanaclaw student smiled. "You're gonna be the most famous of all, Leona!" The first one smirked. "Everyone in the Sunset Savanna is gonna have some second thoughts about who should be the next king!" He shouted.
