Rook took a deep breath, readjusting his hat as the wind continued to glide past the both of you on his broomstick. "Clear skies, warm sun... What prime flying weather this is!" He exclaimed happily. Epel, next to the two of you on his own broomstick, shrugged. "Uh... Yeah, sure."

The Frenchman raised an eyebrow in Epel's direction. "Hm? You seem a bit distant, Epel. Are you feeling fatigued from our long-distance flight?" Rook asked politely with a tilted head. "Well, there is that," the lavendered haired boy confessed, "but... I'm still floored."

"About what?" You prompted, joining in on the conversation. "Your family villas were spectacular!" Epel yelled suddenly. Rook grinned and modestly batted his hand. "Oh, that's what this is about! Well, you're always welcome to pop by for a visit." He said.

Grimacing, Epel scratched his cheek. "Those villas were mighty fine. I couldn't imagine just swingin' by on a lark... You know what I mean, right, Y/N?" He asked, looking over at you. You nodded in agreement. "They were incredible." You agreed.

The blonde laughed. "Hahaha! Perhaps I'll invite you and the whole NRC tribe over for a pajama party. My siblings do use them at times... But I'm sure they'd be happy to let me use one, as long as I notify them in advance." Rook said with a little shrug and smile.

Epel raised his eyebrows and tilted his head curiously. "Oh, you've got siblings, Rook? How many do you have?" He questioned. "Five. Two are older than me, and three are younger." Rook replied easily. Epel hummed. "Oh, so there are six of you... Wait, six is kind of a lot!" He yelled.

"Yes, we're rather a large clan," Rook agreed while nodding, "We only get together about once a year, as it's difficult for everyone's schedules to line up. But things get quite lively when we're together! Hahaha!" While he laughed happily, you couldn't help but wonder what a Hunt family get-together would be like. Dare you think it was a bunch of people with blonde bobs and Rook's exact face on different bodies.

The pale boy next to you gave Rook a deadpanned look. "It's strange. The more I learn about you, the more mysterious you become." He mumbled. Rook ignored him with a happy little shrug before his eyes lit up. "Oh! Y/N. Epel. We are approaching the area where my mark from Arrow Afar faded." He informed.

"So this is where the Island of Woe is?" You asked. Rook nodded and began to maneuver downwards. "Yes. Let us descend." The Frenchman declared. Epel nodded and followed his lead.

The three of you were now over the ocean's surface and, because of your impulsive brain, you had to lean over and stick your fingers into the cool water. Rook chuckled from in front of you. "Having fun, mon Cheri?" He asked lightly. You grinned and retracted your hand. "Lots, thank you very much."

Epel hummed suspiciously, eyes darting all over the vast ocean with no signs of any type of faculty the housewardens (plus Jamil) could be. "Huh... I don't see any sandbars, much less an island. Are you sure this is the place, Rook?" He asked lowly.

Rook gave him a firm nod. "I'm certain of it. There's no question Vil's group is here!" He said with an air of sureness around him.

Meanwhile, back in the STYX control room, Idia lazily spun side to side on one of chairs with a bored look on his face as he addressed his younger brother next to him. "Well, we've got half a day left. The next thing we should do—" He was suddenly cut off by an alarm blaring and a signal coming through the control deck. "Hm?" The male wondered nonchalantly before standing up to answer the call.

"Acting Director." A technician addressed bluntly through the speaker. "Yes, Idia Shroud speaking. What's happening?" The blue haired man asked blankly with an annoyed look crawling over his face. "Our facility is under attack by an unknown assailant." The technician answered.
