"Whew... What a long day," Grim sighed as he flopped down on the couch, "I never did get my tuna bonanza. And all that hard work I went through as manager was for a big ol' load of nothin'! Myargh! I should be buried up to my ears in tuna right about now!" He complained as he sprawled out in a very feline position.

Laughing, you took a seat next to him and began to look through the variety of moving photos you had taken today. "Quit complaining, Grim. Didn't Neige buy you some tuna, anyways?" You said with an eyebrow raised. Grim crossed his arms and turned away in slight embarrassment.

The cat then picked up his head to look around. "Now that training camp's over and the guys've all gone back to their dorms, this place sure feels bigger, huh?" He muttered in question. You shrugged in response. "It's nice to finally have some peace and quiet. We pretty much see them everyday anyways." You suddenly sweat dropped. "And something tells me we'll be seeing the Pomefiore trio plus Neige more often."

Grim glanced up at you with a slightly judgmental stare before practically rolling off the couch. "Well, let's all cleaned up for the night. We should get to bed." The cat said as he began his way up the stairs. "Now I can finally clean myself the way I like to without Vil tellin' me off. With my tongue!" He exclaimed in victory. You grimaced. "Hooray..."

Leaving your photos on the coffee table to sort out later, you went up to take a shower and put on your comfy pajamas with a sigh. There was nothing better than putting on pajamas after a long day. Then you and Grim curled up and slept away.

That was until you were awakened by a strange noise.
Knocking?

You groggily lifted your head away from the pillow to look out the window. It was much darker outside, so you must have been asleep for a good hour or so. The knocking continued as you forcefully lifted yourself off of the bed. "Is there someone at the door?" You mumbled in confusion as you wiped away the sleepiness from your eye. If Ace had gotten collared and showed up at your dorm again, you were going to throttle him.

"...lo? Hellooo? Are you there?" At the sound of a familiar, squeaky voice, you shot up in your bed. "Mickey?!" You called before stumbling out of bed and to the mirror. This time he was crystal clear to the eye. Mickey giggled. "Hiya! Top of the evening to you! It's been a while. How've you been?" He asked politely.

Grimacing, you lightly scratched your cheek. "I've been... fine. Well, at least now I am. And you?" Mickey pouted at the question. "I wonder how long it's been since we last met. Then again, maybe "met" isn't the right word. I only see you in my dreams. I've been trying to get back to this dreamland ever since, you know. I've tried wearing the same pajamas, reading the same book before bed, you name it! But nothing seems to work. So how come I made it here tonight? I didn't do anything special." He explained.

You held your chin in thought. "Perhaps there's a third factor involved with our meetings." You pondered. Mickey just shrugged. "Anyway, we lost touch right when you brought up that strange camera you have. I've been curious about it ever since." The mouse admitted.

Your eyes widened in realization. "Oh, yeah! Thanks for the reminder! Can I take your picture?" You said, turning away for a second to grab your camera. Mickey grinned. "Sure, absolutely!" You held the camera and aimed to take the perfect picture. "Smile for the camera!" You called as Mickey waved.

After the photo had printed, you took it out and waved it a bit. "How's it look?" Mickey asked in interest. You grinned and showed him. "Perfectly. Now I can prove to everybody else you're real and that I'm not crazy!" You exclaimed in excitement.

The mouse just laughed. "Ha ha! That really is a nice photo! I wish I could have a copy... Oh, wait. I wouldn't be able to take it back with me from dreamland, would I?" He just shrugged before smiling, "Either way, I feel like you and I are closer than before now. I can see and hear you more clearly. It's like the only thing separating us now is a single pane of glass." Mickey said before tapping the glass with giant gloved hand.
