Blaze: So how should we settle this?
Tails: (thinks for a second) Ooh! How about we do a six-way Pokémon battle?
Knuckles: But I thought Pokémon battles were only two-player.
Tails: (chuckles) No. I meant we'll battle each other one by one on Pokémon Sword and Shield.
Sonic: Oh, okay. So, it looks like it's you and me, Shadow!
Shadow: Heh. This doesn't even count as my warm-up!
Rouge: And I want to see how you'll fight against me, Knuckles.
Knuckles: (sighs) And now my hopes of winning are over.
Blaze: Well, I guess it's just you and me then, Tails.
Tails: Fair enough. (everyone holds up their Switches) Let's battle!
[Time Card: Six Minutes Later.]
Shadow: What!? No fair!! One more time!!
Sonic: Sorry, Shadow. Once a winner, always a winner. (laughs teasingly)
Rouge: Oh, Knuckles, we're you even trying to beat me?
Knuckles: Y-yes.
Sonic: No.
Knuckles: (growls)
Blaze: Well, good game, Tails.
Tails: Thanks.
