Hi bubs!! I honestly love this chapter and I think you guys will too lol. Not to spoil anything but I love that y'all thought it was a good thing Draco got the beast😀 jk jk.. maybe.

"You know what? If I wasn't a feather duster I think I'd quite like my role," Pansy states as we walk through the school.

We were now on our way to our first rehearsal. I wasn't sure how it was going to go nor what we were going to do but I hope it won't be too awkward.

"The costume probably won't be an actual feather duster," Daphne says, laughing slightly.

I sort of pay attention to their conversation though my thoughts are on something else, and they have been for a few days. I didn't like thinking about him but it got to a point where I couldn't stop. Everything was just so confusing and I couldn't help wanting to figure it all out.

"Y/n?" Pansy looks over at me, interrupting my thoughts.

"Hm?" I mumble, glancing her direction.

"You okay?" She questions softly, tilting her head slightly.

"Yeah- I'm fine. Just a little nervous."

I hadn't told Pansy or Daphne about the conversation I 'overheard' Draco and Mcgonagall having. Something about it just seemed rude to go tell them, especially because Draco wasn't being his stern self at the time.

"Well yeah because you got the leaaaad," Pansy says in a sing song type way, nudging my shoulder slightly.

A small smile creeps up onto my lips though I wasn't sure if I was actually happy about it. Sure I was happy that Mcgonagall thought I was talented, but knowing who the beast was really just ruins it all.

Once we finally make it to the giant doors that lead into the auditorium I pause. My eyes glance over to Pansy and Daphne as I take a deep breath in.

"Ready?" I ask quietly, biting my bottom lip gently.

"Oui," Pansy says in a French accent with a wink afterwards.

I furrow my brows slightly, almost confused by how good her accent actually was.

Daphne pushes the doors open slowly after laughing quietly at Pansy's response.

"Here we go," I whisper under my breath, exhaling quietly.

We walk quickly over to three seats, once we spot Blaise, Draco, Crabbe, Goyle, and a boy I didn't know.

"Bonjour mademoiselle," Blaise smirks at Pansy, grabbing her hand gently to kiss it.

Pansy flicks her hand away from him before he can kiss it, scrunching her nose up in disgust.

"We haven't started acting yet, Zabini." She rolls her eyes, sitting down next to him.

Daphne and I sit on the two chairs next to her, though before I do I can't help but glance at the platinum blonde sitting on the other side of Blaise. His grey eyes were already looking at me, though they soon flicker away once I see them.

"Who said I was acting," Blaise flirts, wiggling his eyebrows at Pansy. She shakes her head slowly, a small smile growing upon her lips.

There's a moment of silence between the group before Blaise's head bends over to look at me.

"Congrats on the role," he grins at me, though his lips soon turn into a smirk as he winks, glancing between me and Draco.

"Thanks," I whisper back, rolling my eyes slightly at his action.
