"Maybe you shouldn't go with Liam. I can just cancel my plans." "No Niall it's fine. He doesn't mind me coming." Niall's eyes flashed with anger. "Why what's wrong?" "Nothing just be careful." "Oh don't worry you know Liam. He will protect me. Like you did. Its ok." He still seemed angry but not as much. "Liam's here. I will text you. If you are so worried, feel free to text me." Niall nodded. I walked over to him to give him a hug but he pulled me straight into him. He held me tightly and kissed my head. "What was that for?" I looked at him. "Just know you are good enough." My eyes widened. What does he mean? Does he mean me liking him? "Ok." My voice was low and I was scared. "Please just remember I am here for you. Call me if you need me." I buried my head in his chest. He held me tighter. *DING DONG* "I should go." "Ok. Wait." "what?" Niall kissed my lips gently but with so much passion. He pulled back and smiled. I smiled as he walked to the door to open it. Liam stood there glaring at Niall. "Hey Niall. Did you have a good night?" His words seemed so normal but his voice seemed like anger and something else. "Beyond belief perfect." Niall smiled and winked at Liam. Liam's body tensed. "How about you Liam? How was your night?" "Good. I watched a couple of movies and talked to some friends." Liam's smile seemed so fake. It didn't reach his eyes. "Well that's nice." "Um yeah. We should go Mady. I wanted to get something to eat if that's ok." "Yeah it's fine." I walked over to Niall and gave him a kiss on the cheek and a hug. I felt his smile on the side of my face as he pecked my cheek. I let go and did the same with Liam who tensed at my touch but relaxed. "Bye Niall. I will text you if anything happens." I waved as I got in the car. Liam backed up and started to drive away. "What do you mean if something happens?" Liam asked me "Oh it's nothing. Niall is just scared something bad will happen to me when he is not there. But I said you can protect me just as much as he does. So its fine. But I will check up with him every once and a while so he won't worry." Liam nodded. The rest of the ride was quite expect the radio. And when we sang along. "Were here." We were at Nandos. My heart beat was beating so hard. My heart warmed to the memory of meeting Niall made me smile. "What?" "Just memories."Liam nodded "Well let's make new memories." Liam smiled as he parked the car. We got out and he was very weird. I know its weird but I noted how he walked differently. "Let's sit here." Liam rubbed his legs. Why is he nervous? "Hey are you ok?" "Never better." He smiled "Are we going to order?" "Yeah sorry I was just thinking." We waited in line a bunch of girls were looking at Liam. It was starting to get weird. "Do you know thoughs girls are staring you down right?" "Yeah I don't think we shouldn't stay let's just go after the food comes." "Why do you know them?" "Yeah we sort of." When the food came, Liam pushed me out the door." "LIAM LIAM LIAM!!!!" One of the girls were screaming calling Liam. He let out a deep breath. "Give me a second. Get in the car please." "But..." "I don't want you to see. Please go." "Um ok." I walked to the car and my heart broke. "Was he embarrassed to be out with me? We are just hanging out. Maybe that was his girlfriend. Maybe he doesn't want her to think we are dating." I muttered to myself. I turned in the front seat to see the girl holding him crying. He looked a little scared. She handed him something and he put it in his pocket. She handed him a box that was in her purse and gave him a pen. Oh it's probably a fan! Ok but why wouldn't he want me to meet her. Niall and Harry let me. But she was sorta mean. Maybe its because people think Niall and I are dating. My heart jumped. A huge smile appeared on my face. To bad he doesn't feel the same.Why would he? Its heartbreak after heartbreak. But he is different. I am falling face first in love with him. When I was passed out for 3 days I remember having endless dreams about him. If one ended another began. "Sorry." Liam broke my thoughts as he got in the car. "It's fine. Was she a fan?" "Yeah are you?" "Well not really I have never heard you play. But if you guys preformed I would probably. And I am a fan of who you really are. Your personalities are so interesting." I smiled at Liam who blushed. "So you know?" "Yeah oh course Niall told me you were in a band with the boys. All of you. I think that's great!" "Maybe you can see us preform later I can get you and Natalie tickets and backstage passes." "That would be great thanks! We would love to come! I bet Harry would love to see her there." "Yeah he never stops talking about her. He talked for a hour about how he just loved her laugh." I laughed at the thought. If Natalie knew she would flip out. "You should see Natalie. She talks endlessly about him. Yesterday she talked about how he does his hair flip and how he smiles. I swear I almost died." We both laughed as he drove away. We talked about little things. Like how we both protect of friends a lot. Then how we treat them like they are our children then just how all of the boys but Harry put their hair up in the front. We constantly laughed. About everything. After a while we got to Liam's house. It was huge. It was about the same size as Niall's. When we walked in it smelled like baked cookies. The walls were covered in pictures of the boys and I think family. The whole place was spotless. I neatly put my purse on the table. "What do you want to do?" "I don't know. What do you want to do its your day." I smiled. "We'll we can watch Toy Story." "Well only if you want too." "Yeah I haven't seen it in a while." Liam happily jumped and ran to the tv and pushed play. "Wait when was the last time you watched it?" "Um. What is today?" "Saturday." "Oh well then this mourning." I laughed at how he said it so casually. "Ok thats all you." I brought the food to the living room and set it on the coffee table. We sorted though the food. After the movie we watched the other 2 movies. Its already 4. "Now what?" "I don't know. We could just hang out." Liam nodded "How about a board game?" "Sure. What do you have?" "How about.... clue?" I nodded. After a while we got bored. "We know who did it just what weapon?" "Well I forgot we can't check unless we have another player. How about twister?" "YES! I love that game." I am pretty flexible do I will own this game. "Left hand blue." "Next right foot yellow." Liam kept going until our bodies were intwined. I was on top of Liam. Which was good so he could support both of our weight. He was really strong. Our faces were right next to each other. Somehow we were face to face. But if we moved even a little we would be done. "Right foot green." I slipped my leg under Liam somehow. Bit as soon as he moved we both fell. My hair fell over Liam's face. Our legs were still entwined. His hands were on my waist. My hands on the ground holding me inches from Liam's face. Liam stared at me. His eyes went right though me. His face softened. I guess he forgot about the pain of someone falling on top of you and hitting your head on the ground. "Your so beautiful." I blushed. "Thanks. Your very handsome." He blushed more than I did. "Do you know what I want more than anything?" "No what?" I moved my hair out of my face. It tickled Liam's cheek. I pushed my annoying hair back. It began to slowly fall. "Something more beautiful than life. Someone who has the most perfect soul. Someone who makes me feel the way... you do." oh no. "Um what do you mean?' "I want you." Liam pulled me closer. I tried to stop him but I couldn't he was to strong. Our lips brushed. It didn't feel like the way it did with Niall. With Niall I got sparks. My heart raced. My blood emptied my body. But Liam wasn't like that. It just felt weird. I pulled away. Liam looked at me. His eyes flashed with panic and sadness. "I am sorry. I just can't." I got off of Liam and sat next to the coach in a ball. "What? I thought you would like me." "I do like you. Just not like that." "We have a lot in common. We talk all the time. I just thought you would be... Never mind." "No Liam it's not like that. I just I don't know! I like Niall. I am sorry I wish I could change this. I really don't mean to hurt you." "How long?" Liam's voice was soft I could barely hear him. "What do you mean?" "How long have you liked him?" "Since I met him." Liam sighed and rubbed his face. "Why him? Why not me? Am I not good enough for you? I could protect you. I can love you more that you can imagine. I can do everything you want me too. I will do anything for you." I felt like I was killing a innocent bunny. His eyes were big. He seemed so weak. So innocent. I wish I felt the same but I don't. Its killing me. No Liam don't. Please don't. His face became red and puffy. His eyes were beginning to water. "No Liam please don't cry. I don't mean to hurt you. I honestly don't. You deserve so much more than me. You don't deserve to go though this. You are like a big brother to me. Your sweet, kind, loving, caring, smart, handsome, and just so much more. I am sorry that you have to go though this." A tear slipped down my face. I quickly wiped it way. Don't. Not here. Not now. I stared at him waiting for him to answer. He didn't say anything. He just sat there. "Liam?" "I heard you. I am just thinking. Do you want to leave? I don't want this to be weird for you." "I want to stay. But if you need time I can leave." "No we are still friends." The word friends came out thin and with jealously. "You can stay. We will just hang out as friends." I nodded *ring* Great who would text me right now? I check my phone. Its Niall.

I look up to see Liam in the same spot not moving. "Do you want to watch another move or something?" "I am hungry want to eat?" "Sure." I got up and walked to the kitchen. "Your making something?" "Yep! I will tell you when it is done. Now go keep yourself busy until then." Liam nodded and went to the living room. When I checked on him he was reading. I made chicken, a salad, and Mac and cheese. I brought Liam his food. After 20 minutes the cookies were done. I wanted dessert too so I made ice cream cookies! Liam has all sorts of food here so why not? I brought it to Liam who already finished his food. "That was great thanks." "No problem here." What's that?" Liam said taking the cookie. "A ice cream cookie. Natalie and I eat them all the time. There grey try them." I started to eat mine. Liam shrugged and took a bite. His eyes widened. "THATS amazing!!! I laughed and nodded. We watched another movie it was already 8. "I should get going can you take me to get Natalie at Harry's. I am going to stay at my house tonight." Liam nodded

I rang the door bell to Harry's house. "Harry answered shirtless. "I didn't know you had so many tattoos. Where's Natalie?" "Yep and she is almost ready." Natalie appeared be hide Harry. "Hey girl how are you?" "Fine. Are you ready?" "Yep! Bye Harry thank you so much for letting me stay for so long." Natalie kissed Harry on the lips and it was a little weird. But I am getting used to it. "No problem love. Call me later. Bye Mady Feel better!" I hugged Harry and kissed his cheeks he did the same with me. I hugged Liam and kissed his cheeks which wasn't a good move. I forgot. After everything it felt so normal. He tensed at my touch once again but relaxed and did the same with me. I waved and got in the car. Then we drove home.
