" I will Cynthia! I understand and I will give Hayden a better future, a future where no one will be able to touch him..." I whispered and looked into her eyes.

She gave me a nod in approvement.

" Cynthia can you let me make a call?" I asked.

Cynthia nodded and held her phone out.

" Cynthia my brother had a faithful lawyer, can he come?" I asked.

Cynthia swallowed. " Do you trust him? " Cynthia asked.

I nodded.

" Okay then..." She whispered.

I gripped the desk and looked down... Giovani gave me his card... I held it for a few seconds...

What was his number?

I took a breath and the number popped in my mind.

I started dialing.

Please answer me... And he did on the first ring.

" Hi Giovani speaking. " He said.

" Giovani. " I whispered.

There was silence for a few seconds.

" Scarlett? " He asked in disbelief.

" I need your help. " I said.

" Where, I'm on my way..." He said hysterically...

" Giovani don't tell anyone and don't bring anyone... " I ordered.

" Of course... " Giovani whispered concerned.

" Giovani there's something you have to see and nobody else can see this, okay?" I said.

" Yes, I promise I won't take anyone with me! " Giovani informed.

I sighed relieved.

" I'm at- Wait."

Where the fuck am I?

" Where am I? " I asked Cynthia.

Cynthia chuckled a bit and held the phone for me.

" We're in New Jersey. " She told Giovani.

My eyes popped wide how the hell did I get here?

" Yeah, Nassau street..."

She was giving the address but I just kept wondering on how the hell I got here....

Did I really walk that long?...

Cynthia held the phone out for me.

I took it.

" Scarlett I'm on my way, I'll be there in about 2 hours maximum... " Giovani informed...

I heard a car on the background.

" Giovani can you bring the keys of the house I have left? "I asked.

"I got them don't worry just don't go anywhere, alright!"

" Trust me I don't think I'll go anywhere. "

With that I ended the call.

Cynthia and I stared at each other... We have to wait...

" I want to be with Hayden. " I whispered.

Cynthia nodded and we walked out of her office...

We didn't need to look anywhere Hayden was standing in the hallway...
