hi, y'all can skip chapters 1 and 2 if you want. It's normal chapters slightly foreshadowing what the parents are like and gave an intro of the characters' original personalities before the life change. Timeline: heading into January 2018
Hey! I'm Zendaya Maree Coleman. I'm 18 years old and I live in LA. I just turned 18 about one month ago. My best friend is Bella Thorne and my really close friend is Trevor Jackson. I've known them since I was 4 years old. My mom is Claire Stoermer Coleman and My dad is Kazambe Coleman. I'm my mom's only child so we're very close.

Today was just like any other ordinary Saturday for me. I did homework and studied something during the morning. Then I just chilled for some hours before I eventually got bored. I called Bella and she said she 'was free' so she'll come over to my house. She came in 10 minutes and just stepped in like:
"Hey Z! Hi Mr. and Mrs. Coleman!"
"Hey B! C'mon! Let's go to my room." I told her.
We raced up the steps and took a left to my room.
"Ok," said Bella "I have something to tell you. Please don't freak out. Or do you wanna guess?" She asked
"I'll guess." I replied "ok. I'm guessing you had a crush on a boy named Mike and was afraid that he might not like you back. Today the boy came to your house and asked you to be his girlfriend. And You jumped into his arms saying yes in the happiest voice." I answered. I also knew it would not last a week.
"Omg Zen! How did you know? And down to the very last detail?" She questioned me.
"I really don't know. Lately, I've been great at guessing correctly and knowing what people would say before they say it." I replied
"Wow. What am I guessing now?" She asked again
"You're wondering if I'm psychic," I said
"Yes! And I think you are! Omg! That's awesome." She exclaimed
"Ha. Thanks. Well back to the topic. Congrats on your first boyfriend!"
"You're welcome and thanks!" She said
"My pleasure." I said, "watcha wanna do now?" I asked her
"I'm m not sure... how about watching a movie?" She said
"Ok. How about... White chics? I love that movie." I responded
"Cool. Can we watch it in the Screening room?" She asked me
"Yeah. Let's go." I said
We got off the bed and we went into the screening room. I put on the movie and we sat down to watch it. After a while, I got up to get some popcorn. To my surprise, my mom and dad weren't home but I found a note on the counter reading 'went out for the night, food and water are in the fridge. Take care, love you! ❤'
I folded the note and tucked it into my front pocket. As the popcorn was done I took them and headed back to the screening room. I handed Bella a bowl of popcorn and I placed mine on my lap and sat, eating it as I watched the movie.
After it was finished we took off everything that was on in the room.
"Thanks for the great evening Zenny. I got to go now. My mom texted me like half an hour ago telling me to come home." She explained.
"You're welcome. I don't want your mom grounding you for anything so, Drive safe. Love you." I replied
" Thank you, bye." she waved with a smile.
She stepped through the door and I locked all the doors and windows in the house before going up to my room. I changed into some nightclothes and took off the last light, my room light, as I went into my bed and slipped into my slumber.
