Making sure that you're not stressed is so important because it takes a toll on your mental health and your body. So here's a few things that I do that calm me down and a few things that I think can help you.

~ Listen to music/play some music

~ Exercise

~ Have a spa night

~ Light a nice smelling candle (lavender works best)

~ Reread your favorite book

~ Watch TV or a movie

~ Write it out

~ Go on a walk

~ Talk about it with a friend

~ Shut down social media/electronics

~ Hang out with a close friend

~ Curl up to your furry friend

~ Use those artistic skills

~ Do a puzzle

~ Color in an adult coloring book

~ Yoga

~ Ben and Jerry's ice cream (trust me I am an expert)

~ Start writing a book

~ Take a bath

~ Drink some hot tea

~ Take some deep breaths (probably most important, especially for public places)

~ Paint your nails

~ Comment the ones that help you :)
