So I'm not really that into exercising, but running is the one thing that I'm somewhat ok with doing (I'm such a lazy person oh my goodness.) So I decided to look up the benefits of running for you and me!
~ raise your levels of good cholesterol
~ boosts the immune system
~ burns off extra calories
~ lowers the risks of developing blood clots
~ helps high blood pressure
~ boosts confidence by sense of accomplishment
~ helps increase lung function (I have asthma, so I don't really know how that works out for me)
~ helps reduce the risk of breast cancer and having a stroke or a heart attack
~ reduces chance of tension headaches (or stress in general)
So with the whole asthma thing... I really don't know how that would work, maybe it helps a tad if I don't get an asthma attack...? I guess I'll find out. Sorry for the short chapter!
Question of the Chapter:
How often do you exercise? My Answer:
Definitely not often enough.
