I love face masks so much, they just make my skin feel so light and soft afterwards. I also love the added benefit of the learning out the pores, which helps with my acne. So in this chapter I am going to give you three basic face masks, which you can use for your certain skin type.
For all three face masks you're going to start off with your base, greek yogurt. Place the amount of greek yogurt you would like into a bowl, that way you can add your ingredients in for easier mixing.
If your skin is dull add lemon, honey, and cinnamon into your greek yogurt.
If your skin is dry add avocado and a little bit of olive oil.
If your skin is acne prone add banana and turmeric.
Mix your ingredients into the greek yogurt well and apply your chosen face mask. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and never leave a face mask on for 20 or 30 minutes.
Leaving it on for that long does more damage to your skin than it does good, of course if it's an overnight face mask, that would be an exception.
I hope y'all can test this out!
