~ Writing Tools: 55 Essential Strategies for Every Writer by Roy Peter Clark ~ This book has been a blessing for my writing skills. I feel like I have learned so much from this, it's amazing. It puts everything you need to know about writing in a way that's very understandable, from sentence structure to revealing character traits.
Unlike other writing strategy books I've seen, this one not only teaches you tips and tricks of the trade, but gives you motivation to keep writing. It's absolutely beautiful. I 100% recommend for every writer out there to buy this book.
I bought it at Books-A-Million, but Amazon has it cheaper, priced around $10. That $10 could give you priceless knowledge that could earn you so much more.
