So I tried to do a tea chapter like I did with the coffee, but tea is so much more natural than coffee, so it doesn't really have negatives like coffee does. I hope my tea drinking readers enjoy this! (Fam you know who you are, the only tea I drink is sweet tea, living iN THE SOUTH BABY.)

Drink black tea to... freshen your breath.

Drink oolong tea to... help break outs.

Drink ginger tea to... help get rid of a headache or help nausea.

Drink mint tea to... help bloating and aid digestion.

Drink passion flower tea to... help cure the jitters.

Drink nettle tea to... help stop allergy sniffles.

Drink licorice tea to... help satisfy a sweet tooth.

Drink green tea if you're... tired or feeling sick.

Drink peppermint tea if you're... sore.

Drink chamomile tea if you're... stressed out, angry, or about to go to sleep.

Drink chai tea if you're... feeling sluggish or groggy or having a stomach ache.

Drink white or echinacea tea if you're... having cold symptoms.
