Today Howie and I were getting to find out if we were having a boy or a girl he was sitting next to me and we were waiting for the doctor come in. I know that he had James already so I wondered if he would be disappointed if the two of us had a girl instead of a boy Nick was thrilled when he found out that him and Mallory were expecting a girl he loved Aurora more than anything she was his baby girl. The doctor walks in the room "Let's see what we are having today shall we?" Howie and I nod he pours the gel on my stomach then he pulls up the ultrasound images on the machine I take a deep breath and try to calm down I hoped that everything was okay and that the baby was healthy. He stops on one of the images "It looks like you're going to be having a baby girl." Howie smiles and kisses my head "We're having a baby girl Stac I can't believe it." The baby was healthy and Howie was happy about our baby.
Howie's POV
When we got home the house was empty so Stacey and I get to work she goes to the kitchen to start baking cupcakes with pink frosting and to make up a few pitchers of pink lemonade. I stay in the living room to start hanging up the decorations and all the balloons we had bought I grab a chair then hang pink streamers from the ceiling it takes me a few hours before I finish up then I go in the kitchen to see how Stacey is doing I walk in and stop she had already baked two pans of cupcakes and was putting the frosting on them. She looks at me "Go put the lemonade in the living room please." I nod then do what she asks I couldn't wait to tell everyone about our baby I was thrilled I loved that Stacey and I were going to have a little girl I couldn't wait to meet my little princess.

Stacey's POV
The lemonade and cupcakes were on the living room table and we were waiting for everyone to come inside for a break they all walk in the house and take in all of the pink. Vanessa looks at me "What's with the new living room décor Stac?" Howie walks over to me then he puts on of his arms around my waist then we look at everyone standing in front of us "Howie and I want all of you to know that we are having a baby girl." They all stand there for a few minutes in silence. The guys walk over and shakes hands with Howie then congratulate me Mallory walks over to me "Congrats Sis!! Welcome to motherhood!!!! This is great Aurora will love having a cousin!! I'm happy for you!!" Vanessa hugs me "I can't believe it I'm happy for you what do you want your baby shower to be like? How many people do you want to invite?" Vanessa was very excited to be having another niece I just hope she didn't go overboard while planning my baby shower.
Nick's POV
It was a bright peaceful afternoon we were in the apple orchard under the trees eating lunch in the shade it was hot but not that bad because there was a breeze blowing. Ginger and Levi were close by hoping for some food James was playing on a blanket and Aurora is sitting up on her blanket I look down then take a bite of my food then Mallory grabs my arm and nods toward Aurora I follow her gaze then look up and see Aurora standing. She takes one shakey step then another I get up and hold my arms out "Come here baby, come on princess come to daddy." A huge smile appears on her tiny face Dada. Then she starts walking over to me and I smile when she is in my arms my little girl was walking now I couldn't believe it.
Vanessa's POV
After months of planning today was the day of the baby shower the guys were bringing in chairs and Mallory was helping me decorate the house for later. I look up at the banner I was having Mallory hang up "A little more to the left." She moves it then I look at the banner again "More to the right this time." She moves it again "Back to the left." She looks down at me "I swear if you don't make up your mind you won't live to see the baby shower this afternoon." She was being so crabby today. "Okay that's perfect." She climbs down then I look at her "Now start hanging balloons." Mallory rolls her eyes then starts hanging the balloons a few hours later everything was ready Howie and Stacey walk in the room then she hugs me. "This looks great Ness thank you for doing this for me." "You're welcome." There's a knock on the door the guests were here time to start the baby shower
