To Lily, Love Jax

**Rose's POV**

Luna and I were busy being in awe with her present from Zander. From the corner of my eye, I notice Lily taking out a small box.

"Did Clyde get you something Bonnie?" I ask Lily

"Jax gave me his gift to me an hour before we left to go to the airport." Lily said. "I didn't want Hazel to find it and take from me so I took it with me to keep it safe. I promised Jax that I will open the present with him at my party when we get back home."

"Will he know if you have opened the gift?" Luna asks Lily.

"I get that the both of you are anxious." Lily said. "I am too. However, I made a promise to Jax."

"How serious is he with this promise?" I ask.

"He said that he will Facetime with me every night until I get back because he knows that I'm going to be out all day." Lily said.

"Dang." Luna said. "It's very meaningful to him then."

"I just got an idea!" I shout.

"What?" Lily asks.

"Open the gift and make it look like you never opened it." I say.

"That's so risky." Luna said.

"I'm going to do it." Lily says.

"Nice going Rose." Luna says.

"Thanks." I say.

Lily rips off the tissue paper.

I laugh. Luna groans.

Lily gasps as she takes out a necklace. "It's beautiful."

Luna and I take a look.

It's a silver necklace with a heart made up of lilies.

"Wow." I said.

Luna was speechless.

We couldn't be in so much awe because we had to act like we haven't seen it.

"Let me put it away." Lily said.

Luna and I nod in agreement.

Luna puts the necklace back where it belonged along with the tissue which was thrown from across the room.

"Now we'll never speak of it." I say.

"Okay." Luna said.

"Agreed." Lily said. "Never saw it."

Lily's phone started to ring. She takes a look at the phone.

"Just in time." Lily said. "Jax is checking in." Lily answers the phone as she walks out of the room.
