A/n: Some people may think its too early for Halloween imagines but I'll fail to hear them while I happily watch the nightmare before christmas and horror documentaries.

(Also, question- do you think the nightmare before chirstmas is a halloween film or a christmas one? I watch it during both times of the year aha)

"Don't you think its a little too early for Halloween decorations?" Liam questioned, glancing around your bedroom at the various Halloween themed items scattered in every last corner.

"Of course I don't think its too early," You mumbled, shuffling about in your wardrobe. "That's why I got these."

You hauled two large pumpkins from your wardrobe, grinning triumphantly at your boyfriend who's eyes were wide at the orange objects in your arms.

"What are you planning to do with those?" He asked. "Actually, where did you even managed to get those?"

You shrugged at him, setting the pumpkins on the ground, "They were selling 'em at the grocery store. I thought we could carve them!"

"(Y/n), babe, its only the seventh of October. Don't you think we should wait until its closer to Halloween?"

You pouted down at your pumpkins, then lifted your head to continue to pout at Liam, only to break out into a smile when you caught him rolling his eyes at you.

"Please?" You asked, catching his gaze to look at him hopefully.

He didn't answer for a moment, looking down at you like it might change your mind and you'll wait until it was closer to Halloween but Liam soon realised that you weren't giving up, so with a gentle sigh he finally nodded, "Okay, fine."

You jumped up excitedly, running over to engulf him in a hug that knocked him back a couple of steps. He laughed gently, wrapping his arms around your shoulders. Once you pulled away, you hurried back to your pumpkins and picked them up.

"C'mon," You urged, happily making your way out of your room to take the pumpkins outside while Liam trailed behind you with some tools that you'd picked up when you brought the pumpkins.

Once you were all set up outside, Liam and yourself settled by your pumpkins.

The two of you went about cutting into the orange objects, creating faces in them while you managed to toss a few of the pumpkin seeds into Liam's hair without him noticing. You couldn't help the giggle that left your lips, but brushed off Liam's questions when he asked you what you were laughing at.

A while later, Liam and yourself had finished carving. You sat so Liam couldn't see your pumpkin, and he sat so you couldn't see his.

"We'll turn them around in three," You said. "One... Two... Three!"

You both turned your pumpkins to show the other, and you couldn't help but burst out laughing at the light of Liam's. You felt a little bad when he started pouting at you, and you tried to stifle your laugh in your hand but it didn't really work.

"Stop laughing!" Liam pouted, but he was laughing too so you didn't feel too bad.

"I'm sorry," You breathed, calming yourself down. "I'm sorry. Its... great, really!"

He glanced down at his pumpkin with a grumble, "I've never done this before. Give me a break!"

You sent him a fond smile, but once you caught sight of his pumpkin again, though, you simply burst out laughing again. Poor Liam's hand must have slipped at one point because his pumpkins mouth had a rather large knife cut from the corner up to its eye.

"It looks a little like you." You joked, and Liam gaped at you, mouth and eyes wide.

 "I hate you!"

Now it was your turn to pout at him, "No you don't. You love me."

"You wish." He mumbled, rolling his eyes. You crawled over to him, settling yourself in his lap and you pressed a gentle kiss to his lips.

"You love me." You repeated, pecking his lips one last time.

Liam smiled, "Yeah, I guess I do."
