Just as we are about to get into his car his parents car pulls in the driveway.

His mom gets out the car, "leaving so soon?" She asked.

"Oh, Uhm, yeah I gotta get home." I look at Colby.

"What. No stay for dinner, I'm sure your parents wouldn't mind." She walks up to me.

Colby laughs, "yeah Kiara stay. For me." He shoots me a smirk, knowing he was the one who wanted me to leave for this exact reason.

"Yeah okay, just let me call my dad" I nod pulling out my phone.

"Alright. Colby we will be inside making dinner." Colby's mother smiles at him caring bags of groceries.

I fail my dad number, calling him. He picks up.

"Hey dad. "

"Hey, what's up? I'm at the store."

"Is it cool if I stay at My friends for dinner?"

"Is it cool if I have a girl over."

"Dad... I didn't need to know that."

"Well I was gonna ask if you can spend the night with Katrina or something."

"Yeah, yeah I can. Uh right Katrina?" I look over at Colby, he laughs nodding.

"She said yeah."

"Alright, make sure you still go to school tomorrow, I love you."

"Oh. Uhm bye." I didn't know how do respond. I do love him it's just different to say.

I hung up the phone.

"Well guess I'm staying the night." I shrug.

"Guess you are." Colby says following me back inside his house. We walk in, "Uhm I do need a shower tho, and I don't have clothes."

"I got you, use some of mine." Colby smiles. We walk up to his room.

"Your parents cool with me stayin." I ask following him to his closet.

"If anything they'll be stoked." He chuckled. He pulled out a big shirt. "Here" he handed it to me.

"What about pants?" I asked. He shot me a smirk.

"You can always..." I stop him.

"No, give me some pants or something." I sigh.

"Alright here." He hands me a pair of shorts. "Thanks" I smile.

I walk into his bathroom. "Can I join?" He smirked.

"No." I give him a straight face.

"I was kidding, relax." He rolls his eyes, pecking my lips.

"You know, maybe you should." I grab the back of his neck.

"Mm" he pressed his lips against my neck. "Really?" He asked.

"No" I pushed him giggling and shut the door.

"You think your so cute and funny." Colby yelled from outside the door.

"I don't think. I know I am" I turn on the shower.

I walk out the bathroom drying my hair. "Your ready to eat?" Colby asked standing up from his bed, "yeah" I smile.

We walk down stairs and into the dining room.

"Oh. Are you staying tonight?" Colby's father asked.

"Only if it's okay will y'all." I smile.

"We love having you, stay as long as you like." His mother steps in.

"Okay."

Colby comes up behind me pulling out the chair for me to sit down. I smile sitting down, he sits down next to me.

He mother puts out the food and we eat.

"Thank you for dinner." I take my plate to the sink and began rinsing it. Colby took it out my hand, rinsing it himself.

"Of course doll." His mom smiles.

"Alright mom." Colby paused putting our dishes in the dish washer. "We are gonna go to bed. Goodnight love you." He hugs her kissing her cheek.

"Love you, goodnight yall." She smiled and I smile back.

I wave and follow Colby upstairs. He opens his door letting me in the shuts it behind me.

"So what's the sleeping situation?" I asked.

"Here" he laid down and put a pillow next to him.

"So we don't touch." He smirked.

"Yeah right." I roll my eyes and lay next to the pillow. I take the pillow and move it.

"Oh. so you don't mind if we touch." Colby raised of his eyebrows.

I gave him a snarky look. "Maybe I don't mind." I pull his face to mine putting his lips onto mine. His hand rested on my stomach.

He ran his hand up my bare skin. His hands were cold, goose bumps followed as he ran his hand over my body.

"Alright alright." I pull from the kiss. "I'm going to sleep.

I turn to the side, he big spoons me.

"Good night beautiful" he whispered kissing my temple.

"Goodnight Colby" I secretly smile.

He pulled my body close.
