Setting: Monday, a week before Colby leaves. Prom is on Friday.

"Colby" I shook him awake. "Hm?" He groaned shoving his face back into the pillow.

"Cmon we gotta get ready for school" I rubbed his back. "Ten more minutes"

I sighed getting up from bed. I walked to my closet, opening it. I shuffled through my hangers, picking up some green baggy carhartt jeans. Then I grabbed a black crop with three buttons on the neck line.

I set the clothes on my dresser walking out my room to the bathroom. I got my makeup bag out putting on a bit of concealer and some mascara, along with eyeliner.

"Kie!" I heard Colby call out. I rolled my eyes setting my makeup down. "What?" I walked into my room.

"I just didn't know where you went" Colby sat up. "Oh? Well get out of bed and get ready." I insisted.

"Fine." He got up. I examined his v line and boxers showing from his sweat pants. I walked over to him, he grabbed onto my hips. "Morning" he smiled, I smiled back. Pecking his lips barely but gently.

"I picked out your outfit" I softly spoke as Colby kissed the tip of my nose, then my temple.

"Here" I turned around handing him the outfit I picked out for him. "Thanks baby" he took them from my hands.

"Ima finish getting ready" I went to walk away "wait" he set the clothes down and grabbed my hand pulling me back to him. "Colbyyy" I expanded the y.

"Kieeee" he expanded the e. "I just want a kiss" he smiled . He pushed his lips onto mine, i leaned into the kiss then tried to pull back. I pulled my head back but his lips followed mine making me laugh a little into the kiss. "Alright" I pulled away.

"I just love you that's all." He smirked. I turned around and he smacked my ass. "Love you too" I laughed a little. I closed my door grabbing my clothes off the dresser putting them on.

Colby pulled into the school parking lot. "Last week, then prom" Colby said.

"Are you still able to go, you know since you got expelled?" I asked unbuckling. "Yeah, they never said I couldn't." He turned off the car.

We got out the car and Colby walked over to me grabbing my hand. We walked into school and Colby walked me to my locker as I put some of my things in there. "KIE" Katrina ran over to me jumping into my arms. I hugged her laughing.

"Aye only I call her that!" Colby sighed. "Deal with it" Katrina side eyed him pulling from the hug.

"Sup man. Welcome back" Sam dabbed up Colby. "Sup, where's Jake?" Colby asked.

"Mannn some shit went down. I don't know he just stopped talking to me, has he texted you?" Same asked Colby, Colby shook his head.

"And Tara?" I asked both kat and Sam. "Nothing" Katrina shrugged. "This is the second time she's done this" I sigh, "her choice" I shut my locker, I saw Nate out of the corner of my eye.

I quickly looked away. "So, Katrina, after school wanna go look at prom dresses?" I asked.

"Yes!" She agreed

"Can I come?" Colby asked. "No, you can't see my dress." I furrowed my eyebrows at him.

"It's not our wedding" he furrowed his eyebrows back.

"Still" I looked back at kat, then Colby. "You and Sam can go find a suit." I suggested.

"We already have one." Sam budged in. "Since when?" Katrina asked.

"We went like a month ago. We've literally planned out the entire prom night." Colby said.

"Oh. I didn't know that." I pushed my lips together.

"Hey me and sam are gonna head to class. See you in second" Katrina hugged me again. "Okay, love you" i smiled.

"Does she know?" Colby said as she walked away. "Know what?" I asked. "About you, about what happened?" Colby asked.

"No, can we not talk about that." I looked down. "Yeah." Colby lifted my head with his finger. "I'm sorry" he kissed my lips.

"It's fine." I smiled barely. We started walking to class, "I got to say, I'm pretty excited to see you in a suit" I tried changing the mood.

"Are you now?" Colby chuckled, resting his hand on my hip.
