In a nearby cage with a tiger inside Skulker flew in and used his binoculars to watch (y/n) and Danny when the tiger woke up and growled at Skulker.

In a bored tone, Skulker muttered, "Oh please."

As Skulker and the tiger began to fight Sampson heard the noises and became panicked as he made his way to the cage door when he noticed Sam and (y/n) approach.

.

.

.

Sam and I approach Sampson's cage to see him moving around his cage anxiously, tugging at the bars and everything.

"What is it you wonderous being?" Sam asked Sampson as he became more and more restless and pointed at another cage. "Is something wrong?" Sam asked Sampson again.

Pulling Sam away from the cage I yell at her. "Sam! Get away from the cage something is upsetting him and he could be dangerous right now."

We both screamed when Sampson began banging on the door and Sam had come to the worst possible conclusion.

"You want out?" Sam quickly rushed over to the panel that controlled the cage door.

Screaming I ran to Sam, pulled her away from the controls, and began yelling at her again. "Are you out of your mind?! Sampson is clearly upset we should give him time to cool down before this gets dangerous. Let's go get the boys and come back tomorrow."

Shaking her head Sam pushed me away from her as I was knocked into the console as I accidentally hit the open button.

Sam smiled in glee as I screamed "No!"

Just as I was about to grab Sam's hand and run we noticed Sampson go the opposite way from us. Grabbing her hand we run back to the observatory to wake the boys.

Skulker had just finished putting the tiger in a hanging net with a satisfied smirk. He flies out of the cage and starts to watch the two ghost kids again when his binoculars read 'Gorilla attacking'.

"What? Gorilla attacking?" Skulker asked as Sampson pounced on him beating him to a pulp.

Using his arm to block an attack Skulker kicked the gorilla off him growling. Sampson jumped on Skulker again spinning him like a ball with his feet before biting into his suit. A little gun came out of Skulker's arm and shot ectoplasm into Sampson's eyes causing him to let go and try to see. Skulker shot a net at him but Sampson caught the net and threw Skulker through the observatory next to the boys, causing Danny's ghost sense to go off.

.

.

.

Sam and I walked into the room to see some body-suited ghost towering over the boys.

"Oh my gosh—" Sam starts to comment when Skulker shoots ectoplasm at us covering our mouths.

Skulker looked from us to the boys as he said, "Now for the ghost children."

Skulker went to pick up Danny when I noticed Sampson coming through the window, quickly I grabbed Sam dragging her out of the room.

.

.

.

With Sampson on top of him, Skulker crashed onto the table before throwing Sampson off of him. Sampson tried to attack Skulker again as he began banging on the walls after Skulker flew away. Danny and Tucker woke up screaming still holding each other and continued screaming after seeing they were holding each other then they finally noticed Sampson banging his fists on the wall.

"Gorilla lose!" Tucker shouted backing away.

"I got him! I'm going ghost!" Going ghost Danny picks up Sampson, struggling to put him back in his cage. "Alright, I don't know how you got out. But you're going back," Danny told Sampson as he put him back in his cage and closed the door.

Walking up Sam said "Uh Danny? I meant to tell you there was a gh—" Cutting Sam off Danny asked bitterly:

"I wonder who let the gorilla go? Sam?"

Ganging up on Sam, Tucker stated, "Yeah wait till we tell everybody at school that you let out a 400-pound gorilla."

Sam was about to pull out the photo of the two of them hugging when (y/n) who had run off came running up.

.

.

.

I had run off after making sure Sam was safe to transform but by the time I was going to help Danny had already gotten Sampson back in his cage and there was no sign of that mysterious ghost. Transforming again I run up to my friends before Danny transforms back hoping this'll convince them to be more open with me about their ghost-hunting activities which they tried so hard to keep from me.

"Guys! I can't find Danny anywhere! That gh—" I had started to say when I eyed Danny, making sure I was gawking I began to stutter.

"I-It's you. You're one of those ghosts that fight other ghosts who want to cause chaos. Wait who are you?" I ask pointing in his face.

Panicking a little Danny began rubbing the back of his neck stating, "Yep that's me! It's a pleasure to meet you um...Ma'am. I'm Danny Phantom."

Forming a huge grin on my face I shook his hand excitedly.

"(y/n)! My name is (y/n). Wow, this is so cool I've never seen a ghost up this close," I said circling Danny as though I was studying him.

Danny Phantom quickly waved goodbye as he flew away, transformed back into a human, and met back up with us.

"A few more questions Maddie and (m/n). Can you tell our readers what you two are working on now?" The reporter from Genius Magazine asks, holding her microphone toward Maddie and (m/n).

Before either could speak Jack shoved the Ghost Gabber in the reporter's face and began explaining, "Well it's called the Ghost Gabber and—"

Yelling at her dad Jazz shouted, "Dad! Put that thing away! They're actually working on a new form of self-generating energy. They're amazing, intelligible women who're about to change the world. Together!" Jazz said quickly got back on topic.

"Connie, our primary focus these days...Is ghost hunting."

"Along with ghost research," Maddie and (m/n) informed Connie who blinked in surprise.

"Uh...Forgive me did you say ghost hunting and ghost research?"

Jazz sighed hopelessly as (y/n), Danny, Tucker, and Sam walked through the door looking exhausted.

"Danny look at you! I'm not sure I like this overnight zoo research," Maddie said looking at her son.

Brushing it off Danny stated, "Mom come on! We're just a bunch of kids, in the zoo, at night, alone...We'll be in my room."

Everyone watched as the four of them went upstairs with confused looks when the Ghost Gabber began to speak.

"We'll be in my room...Fear me."

"Give me that!" Jazz grabs the Ghost Gabber and shoves it under a pillow before asking, "Now, where were we?"
