The day you arrived at Camp Half Blood,Chiron held a campfire cermony for two reasons,to introduce you to every other demigod and so that your father would claim you,

"I really hope my dad would claim me" you admit to Leo starring at the campfire,"I'm sure he will soon" Fire boy advised,"I just can't believe that yesterday I was an ordinary girl and today I'm a demigod,the daughter of some god that probably dosen't even care,I exsist" you sighed sadly,

"(Y/n),I'm sure your dad cares about you,it's just Zeus's stupid rule that Gods can't communicate with their human offspring,I can't think of one person that dosen't care for or love you" Leo blushed

"I really hope you aren't a daughter of Hephaestus" he muttered quietly to himself,you teared your eyes away from the campfire and looked at him confused,Repair boy's eyes widened praying to every god on Olympus that you didn't hear that,"what did you say?" You questioned

"Nothing!"he said a little to quickly,you thought it was kind of weird that Leo was acting like this but before you could ask him something else,everyone suddenly gasped and stared at something above your head Leo included,

"What's wrong,why is everbody staring at me?" You asked,"Well you've just been claimed" Leo advised,"and you're not a daughter of Hephaestus"

"All hail (y/f/n),daughter of Poseidon,god of the sea" Chiron announced as everyone bowed,

You couldn't believe your ears,you were the daughter of one of the most powerful Gods on Olympus,you glanced at all the demigods in Camp,Percy smiled at his new sister,but so did another Half Blood,he winked at you which made you blush and made Leo's blood boil,

After the cermony was done the demigod who's name you didn't know,came up to you,"hey I'm Jem,son of Hephaestus" he introduced,you smiled at Leo's brother,"I'm (y/n) but I guess you already know that",Jem nodded,"so I was wondering if you would like to hang out some time?" He questioned,

'Is he asking me out on a date?" You asked yourself but then mentally shook your head,you liked Leo maybe even loved him,"hanging out.....as friends?" You say,Jem nodded,"sure,I'll see you tomorrow" he advised,you waved at him then turned around only to find a body blocking your way,"Leo what are you doing?" You questioned,

"What did Jem want?" He asked ignoring your question,"nothing,he just asked if I wanted to hang out tomorrow" you replied,

"Don't go with him" Leo advised,you looked at him strangely,"why?"

"Because I don't trust him,ever since he arrived last month something in my gut been telling me that he's bad news" he says,"Leo you barely know the guy,give him a chance" you tell him when Repair boy dosen't say anything you sighed,"I'm going to bed Leo,see you in the morning"

When you got up and went outside,Jem was already there,"hey" you smiled,he smiled back,"ready for our date?" He asked,your eyes widened,"date?I thought we were just hanging out as friends?,

"Oh yeah,right" he said,while scratching the back of his neck akwardly,"whatever let's go" with that you both left together,you had to admit that you and Jem had fun,you went swimming,trained together and he told plenty of jokes which made you laugh,

Little did you know that the one and only Leo Valdez was watching you,(not stalker like),he didn't want the son of Hephaestus to hurt you or break your heart and everytime Jem made you laugh or smile Leo wanted to show him how much his fire really burned but he managed to stay calm,

By night time you and Jem went back to your cabins and so did Leo,he entered bunker nine but stopped when he heard two voices,"so how did it go?" Drew asked,"perfect,(y/n) dosen't suspect a thing" Jem advised smiling,"I'll just use her until I get more important and powerful at camp then when it happens I'll just break her heart" Drew laughed as if it was the greatest thing in the universe,

Leo clenched his fist,'there was no way in Hades he was going to let that happen,Repair got out of his hiding spot and knocked on the Poseidon's cabin waiting for you to open the door,you smiled big when you saw Leo but before you could even say a simple 'hello' he cut you off,"(y/n),I have to tell you something" he advised and told you about how he was overheard Jem talking Drew while hiding behind some of his tools,

Your jaw dropped,"I can't believe it" you hug Leo,"thanks for telling me" you said,"but if you don't mind I've got some butt kicking to do",Repair boy smiled,'that's my girl' he thought,

You practiclly kicked the door open to see Jem kissing Drew,they pulled away as soon as they saw you and Repair boy,"how could you?" You asked him,"I thought you were my friend"

Jem stared at you,shocked that you found out,"I wanted to be someone important" he answered simply,"I wanted to be popular",you glared at him,"so you,pretend to be my friend?" He nodded,"you psychotic,devious brat!" You yelled at him and had to be held back by Leo from lunging at Jem,finally Repair boy let you go when you 'calmed down'

"Let's just go (y/n)" Leo advised,"he's not worth it",you nodded in agreement but not before kicking Jem were the sun dosen't shine and as he doubled over,you looked at Drew,"don't even think about trying to plan anything else" you warned and stormed off to your cabin,Leo right behind you,

"Thanks again for telling me Flame boy" you smiled at him,he smiled back"no problem (y/n) that's what real friends are for",you pecked his cheek but Leo turned his head so instead you met his lips,your eyes widened,you kissed back,the world around you seemed to stop,sparks flew,the world could have ended and you wouldn't have cared,all that mattered was Leo,

You pulled away for air,"oh Gods!" You exclaimed,"did that just happen?",Leo nodded smiling so big you though his mouth would fall off,"I've liked even loved you for a long time (y/n),you have no idea how long I've waited to do that,I love you"

"I love you too Repair boy" you smiled tears of joy running down your face,

From that day on Leo wouldn't allow you to go next to or even look at Jem,he protected you and everytime a new demigod came to Camp Leo would always watch out for you because you were the love of his life,his other half,his girlfriend and nobody messes with Leo's girl.
