"Let's go! John B! Get back on, man!" JJ screams to John B who is still down the well.

John B yells back but it's muffled and we can't hear it. All five of us grab onto the rope and get ready to pull John B up.

"Come on!" Sarah hurries the brunette.

"Three, two, one, pull!" Pope shouts.

We all pull and fall backwards due to the fact John B isn't on the other end.

"Jeez" JJ mutters.

"Fuck it" I groan.

"Where the hell is he?!" Pope snaps.

"Shh! Shh!" Kiara tries to quieten us down.

"John B!" JJ hollers loudly.

"Shh!" Kiara snaps at the blonde.

John B screams something incoherent to us and I look at the others to see if they understood him.

"What's he saying?" JJ asks.

"JJ! Addy! Pope! Kie! Sarah!" I hear John B scream.

"Yo, he's drowning! We gotta pull him up!" Kiara orders and we all jump to grab the rope.

"Hey, John B! Get back on the rope! We're gonna pull you back up, okay, buddy?!" Pope yells down at John B.

"Come on! Pull!" Sarah snaps.

"Okay, everybody, help!" JJ demands.

"Guys!" Kiara screams.

"Okay, I'm on!" John B shouts.

"Yes! Yeah" Sarah says in relief.

"Okay" JJ nods, getting ready.

"Let's go!" Pope declares and we all start pulling our friend out the well.

We groan and heave as we pull him to the surface and as he almost reaches the top of the well, a sound causes us to stop pulling.

"Pull!" Pope groans and a loud gunshot rings through the basement.

"Holy shit!" I scream loudly, the rope slipping out of my hands and my brother pushes me to the ground next to Sarah.

"Shit! Hang on!" JJ tells John B.

"Pope! JJ! What the hell?!" John B barks.

"Climb up! Help me! John B, hang on!" JJ answers.

"Tie it up now, man!" Pope groans as JJ ties the rope to a pillar.

"Pope, hide!" JJ snaps, diving down next to the boy.

"Let's go! Go!" Kiara yells, crawling over next to Sarah and I.

"She can't aim for shit" The dark haired girl then states, looking at the blind woman with the shotgun.

"She can't see" Sarah realises.
