310.Hangover Happened

Jungkook raised his eyebrows and asked, "What did he say?"

Taehyung sighed and said, "He said he will expose everything in public if I don't fulfil his demands."

Taking a sip from the glass, Jungkook asked, "What were his demands?"

"He wanted a deluxe apartment, a brand new car and twenty million. I gave him all that he wanted but he is still blackmailing me and-"

"Taehyung who are we?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung sighed and said, "We are the Jeon's."

"Only our wives can bully us. You know that right?" Jungkook asked.

Taehyung nodded his head.

Leaning against the couch, Jungkook asked, "Now tell me who is that man? What is this status in front of us? Does he even deserve our attention?"

"I was just scared. What if he tells everyone what happened back then? Jennie won't be able to take it and Ben will be the one who will suffer the most." Taehyung said.

"Taehyung you are forgetting who we are and what we do. You shouldn't even think twice before throwing a shitty person like him in the middle of a sea and here you are gifting him a deluxe apartment, a car and what not. If you have so much money to spare, pay back the money that you owe me." Jungkook said.

Taehyung scratched his forehead and said, "I'll return your money soon."

"Listen to me Taehyung. The moment we registered Ben under our family name, he is no longer associated with that man. He is a Jeon and will remain so forever. Do you think I wasn't prepared for all this when I released that statement?" Jungkook said.

Taehyung widened his eyes in shock and asked, "You have a backup?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes and said, "How can someone like me have such a dumb brother? Anyway you don't have to worry about it anymore. I'll take care of it."

"You will?" Taehyung asked.

Jungkook frowned and said, "See it's all your fault. I wasted so much time talking to you. I came down because my wife wanted to eat ice cream. Now if she kicks me out of the room. I'll double my interest."

Taehyung cheekily smiled and got up. Giving Jungkook a quick peck on his cheek, Taehyung rushed towards him saying," I love you big bro. You are my saviour."

Rubbing his cheek vigorously, Jungkook murmured, "Fool." Before walking towards the kitchen.

When Jungkook entered the room, he smiled when he saw Lisa peacefully sleeping.

Covering her with the quilt, Jungkook picked up the ice cream bowl and said, "Now who is gonna eat this?" before eating a spoonful of ice cream.

"No wonder she likes it." Jungkook murmured before finishing the entire bowl.

Kim Mansion.

When Hyunjin woke up in the morning, Yeji was still sleeping beside him resting her head on his chest.

Caressing her hair, Hyunjin kissed her forehead and said, "Good morning beautiful wake up."

Yeji frowned and grumbled, "Umm let me sleep for five minutes."

Hyunjin chuckled and said, "Get up. I have to drop you home otherwise your brother is going to kill me."

Slowly opening her eye Yeji winced in pain, "Ugggghhh my head."

Hyunjin frowned and said, "This is what happens when you drink too much." before getting down from the bed.

After asking a maid to get some hangover soup for Yeji, Hyunjin took out a pill from the drawer and said, "Have this you will feel better."

"Thanks." Yeji said.

"What are you gonna do today?" Hyunjin asked.

"Isn't it Sunday today?" Yeji asked.

Hyunjin nodded his head and said, "Yes it is but I have to go somewhere with Feli, so why don't you accompany Yuna. After finishing my work, I'll pick you up and then we can go somewhere for dinner. Okay?"

Yeji smiled and said, "Sounds great."

Jeon Mansion.

When Lisa and Jungkook came down for breakfast, Mother Jeon and Jennie were sitting on the couch wincing in pain while Taehyung and father Jeon were busy in the kitchen.

"Mother what happened?" Lisa asked.

Jungkook frowned and said, "Hangover happened."

Mother Jeon glared at Jungkook and said, "Don't make noise."

"Who told you to drink so much yesterday? You are the mother so you should've stopped them." Jungkook said.

"Alright we drank a little too much so what?" Mother Jeon said.

"But-"

"Jungkook why don't you go and help father and Taehyung?" Lisa said.

Jungkook nodded his head and left.

While having breakfast, Father Jeon said, "Your grandparents are coming today so Meili and I will go to pick them up."

"I am planning to take Ben and Jennie to the amusement park today." Taehyung said.

"Take some guards with you." Jungkook said.

Taehyung nodded his head and agreement.

"Why don't you take Lisa outside too?" Mother Jeon said.

Jungkook nodded his head and said, "I have something important to do in the afternoon. I'll take you out in the evening. Okay?"

Lisa nodded her head.

"So you want to go to Rose's place?" Jungkook asked.

"I would love to." Lisa said.

"Alright. Jin and Jimin will be accompanying me so three of you can have some fun together." Jungkook said.

Just the Eunwoo entered the mansion.

"Good morning everyone." Eunwoo said.

"Mr Assistant isn't it a Sunday today? Why are you here?" Lisa asked.

"I called him." Jungkook said.

"Jungkook he also has a family. You can't take away his Sunday from him like this." Lisa said.

Jungkook sighed and said, "Okay I won't do it again. After having breakfast get ready okay and I promise I'll leave him early." before walking towards his study with Eunwoo.
