P-1 Patrol Aircraft, Look Out!

A total of 22 Hercules transport aircraft, six C-130R belonging to the Maritime Self-Defense Force and sixteen C-130H belonging to the Air Self-Defense Force, were flying at a speed of 550 km/h toward a certain location.

This transport aircraft was designed in the 1950s by the American Lockheed Corporation, and despite its antiquity, it is still considered a highly regarded tactical transport aircraft, with its ability to take off and land on rough and uneven terrain, its cargo doors with ramps that allow supplies to be dropped in the air, and its low-floor cargo compartment that makes loading easy. In Japan, it has been deployed since 3.11, and its takeoff/landing performance, which can be used in any location, is highly valued.
