First Impression: love the cover, summary is mysterious and intriguing

I love the plot of this story, although I'm not very sure why it's called Paper Trails. You have great vocabulary and descriptions and I love how you give background information and context about her life. Your writing style is very nice, and you do a great job creating and developing the atmosphere from the start of the book. I love the imagery you add into the story, painting a deeper and more vivid picture. I also like how you write and switch points of views because we get insight on all perspectives. In one of the chapters near the beginning, I was glad to see that you don't tell us who Griffin is, but instead indirectly hint that he was the person that helped her. Your characters have depth and they have a rounded personality, which adds a greater meaning to the story. Everything flows well, with the perfect amount of tension and conflict, making this a well written story. I really enjoyed it! There wasn't much that you can improve on, since I think you do everything well. Just make sure to go back and do some general editing to catch any spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes, although you have very few.

Overall, I highly recommend this story.
