It was a lightning storm outside, and everyone was in the guildhall but two people. Those 2 people being Blake, and Richie. Those two were often outside somewhere during a lightning storm. Or for Blake during any storm. So no one really questioned it.
But something no one knew about was that both of them had a secret. Blake, and Richie were engaged. They didn't tell anyone because they wanted it keep it a secret. To night they met up at their location they normally did.
"Richie!" Blake said as she hugged him.
"Blake" He responded hugging her back before he kissed her.
"So! What are we doing today during the storm?" She asked quite curious.
"I figured we could go on a walk, and see what we fand." Richie responded not really have any plan for the day. Blake just nodded and they went on their walk.
After a while they ran into someone unexpected.
"O!? Hello there Davis!" Blake sad greeting the lightning Dragon Slayer. Richie also nodded ingredient.
"Hello." Was his simple response.
"What brings you all the way out here and a way from Le Carnival?" Richie asked curious.
"Well I need you 2 help with something... but I don't want to interrupt your date..." He responded looking between the two of them. Both of them shook their heads.
"We're honestly don't mind we had nothing really planned we were just walking around in the lightning storm." Ritchie explained which Blake nodded to.
"And we love to help!" Blake added.
"If you say so... I need your help with this-
They spent about an hour helping Davis West what do you needed help with. Before he left he noticed something that no one else had noticed before on Blake.
"Is that an engagement ring?" Davis asked quite curious, he didn't know these two were dating to just a few minutes ago he didn't realize they were engaged.
"Yap! Please keep this a secret we haven't told the guild yet. They didn't even know we were together for about a year now?" Blake and but you responded in unison. Davis nodded and understanding.
"Of course I don't mind... So you should probably tell them soon before someone else figures it out and tells them for you. Oh and congratulations." Davis said, and with a nodded he left. Both Richie and Blake look that each other.
"Maybe we should tell them?" Richie said as they made their way to the Guild.
"Maybe on another lightning storm day?" Blake couldn't help but, giggle as the sky started to clear.
"Indeed. Because after all." Richie said with a smiled and light chuckle.
"Everything good happen on a lightning storm day!" Both of them said in sink before they went their separate ways in the Guild
