Sorry that it's been so long I ummm... don't really have an excuse... But I got caught up and doing other things I had this done for about 3 months I think.... but never really posted it until today. So yeah sorry that it took so long! And here you go!

~~ Author's Perspective ~~

It's been about a 3 months since everything had happened. The kids where settling in fine, Mari was getting along whith some of the members in the guild. Monte had decided to join the guild about 2 months ago, and he was doing great. Brandon was treated the some as if nothing over happened, and was being the bast father he could be to Brandeen, Electricity, and Lula who most everone just called Moon. Brandon and Lucas started to dating a month ago.

Everything was fine but, one thing. Since they got back the rest of the guild had been treating Lucas differently. Lucas didn't understand why at first but, he soon understood.

Lucas had not been acting as he used to. Lucas was a little more cruel and was slightly more mean then he used to be, and had a very short temper. Everyone treated him as if he was a totally different person. Only Brandon treated in the same. But Lucas figured out that Brandon understood why.

Brandon new there was more to the story than what Lucas told him but never pushed. And he also knew being away from the guild for so long, and with what he knew of Devil's tongue. It made sense that Lucas personality would have changed over that amount of time. But it seemed only Brandon and Devin understood that.

Everyone else would give him looks of confusion on why he was acting in such a way. The only people who didn't seem too bothered with how he was acting or behaving, was the children, Brandon, Devon, Mari, and Monte. Well Miss P and Polly did to but, those two never really around often anymore for some reasons or another.

Lucas sighed as he looked over the water from Brandon's balcony. Lucas felt two arms go around his waist, he tensed for a second before relaxing realizing who it was.

"Are they still giving you a hard time?" Brandon asked knewing what the guild was doing to Lucas, and frankly it started to p him off.

"Yeah... but I'll be fine." Lucas said leaning his head against Brandon's chest, listening to his heartbeat. It was one of his favorite things to do.

"So~ are we still up for date night?" Brandon asked trying to get their minds off of it.

"Yes! I'll get ready thin we can go!" Lucas said.

Both Lucas, and Brandon knew it would take time for the guild to get used to this new Lucas. But they were okey whith that. Because after all they had each other.

And Lucas know he had Brandon, but that he also had Jupiter. He know if anything was to go to crazy Jupiter would do something. Jupiter was always quite overprotective. Brandon was too but not quite as bad overprotective as Jupiter is.

Jupiter sighed watching all of this happening wishing he could be there to. But he knew this was for the best. It was much more safer for everyone involved. He would only take control if it was wanting to visit necessary, and to protect his mate and children. He sighed as it seems as everyone forgot him. Oh but he knew Lucas hasn't, Lucas can never truly forget him.

That at least gave Jupiter the Peace of Mind. As he faded into the background once more.
