"Madam Lee, about what I told you yesterday, do you think... it's okay?" Mother Kim asked Madam Lee tentatively.

Madam Lee and her husband looked at each other. They glanced at Lisa and then at Jennie.

Madam Lee smiled and said, "Nini has been obedient since she was young. We all know that."

"However, this marriage is the children's lifelong happiness. We think it's best to ask for their own opinions," Madam Lee said with smile on her face.

Mother Kim paused and said to Madam Lee, "I know that you are worried about the children's future.."

"Minyhuk and Nini are childhood sweethearts. Their relationship is naturally deep," Mother Kim said with a smile.

"Although the engagement then was for Lili, after all, she was staying out for so many years," Mother Kim continued, looking at Jennie lovingly.

"After so many years, we have watched Nini and Minyhuk grow up together and have long seen them as a couple." Mother Kim grabbed Jennie's hand and patted it gently.

"If it's because of our family matter and we ruin the children's previous relationship, I would feel a little guilty," Mother Kim said as sincerely as possible.

Madam Lee naturally knew what Mother Kim was thinking. She smiled and said, "Of course I know that."

"For now, it's up to the children to decide," Madam Lee said.

"After all, we're getting old. We can't care about these things anymore!" The smile on Madam Lee's face deepened as she looked at Minyhuk.

After listening to what Madam Lee and Mother Kim had said, Minyhuk finally understood the purpose of this visit. He looked at Lisa coldly.

Lisa, on the other hand, looked as if it had nothing to do with her. She was still in a daze by the window.

Minyhuk gritted his teeth and asked Lisa, "Lisa, did you agree to this?"

Lisa looked at Minyhuk in a daze, and then looked in the direction of Mother Kim and Jennie.

Then, she nodded and said, "Yes! I agreed!"

Minyhuk's gaze became even colder.

Jennie interrupted at this moment, "Brother Min, Lisa has just returned home not long ago. She has always yearned for freedom and doesn't want to be bound."

"Why do you have to force her?" Jennie spoke with sincerity. It seemed like she was truly thinking for Lisa.

Lisa also looked at Minyhuk seriously and said, "That's right! You don't like me, and I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable!"

"Let's go our separate ways and be safe!" Lisa's mind was in a mess, and the words that came out of her mouth were as if they did not go through her brain.

Minyhuk looked at Lisa's expression, and his face became even gloomier. "Is the marriage of Minyhuk something that you can simply change?"

"Aren't you guys taking the Lee family too lightly!" Minyhuk said angrily. It could not be seen whether he was angry at the Kim family's contempt or something else...

Madam Lee looked at her son's angry look, and the corners of her mouth curled up slightly.

She said to Mother Kim apologetically, "You see, the children's thoughts are not quite the same as ours."

"This marriage, I think it's better..." Madam Lee said, but was stopped by Minyhuk's words.

"Let's forget about this marriage!" Minyhuk said fiercely.

"Since the Kim family is not sincere, I, Minyhuk, am not a casual person!" Minyhuk's tone sounded very angry.

He stood up and said to Father Kim and Mother Kim, "Since the Kim family can't keep their promise, it's fine if we don't get engaged!"

When Father Kim and Mother Kim heard this, they immediately panicked. Jennie's face instantly turned black, and a hint of hatred flashed in her eyes.

Lisa, who was originally waiting to reap the benefits, was now shocked by Minyhuk's words. "Eh? How..."

How did this happen? Didn't she pass the marriage to Jennie?

How did it turn out this way? Lisa couldn't accept it!

She stood up and tried hard to suppress the confused feeling in her head. She asked Minyhuk, "Why are you throwing a tantrum?"

"When I chased after you in the past, it was you who didn't give me a d*mn!" Lisa told her thoughts in a daze.

"Now we change the person, why aren't you happy?!" The more Lisa thought about it, the more aggrieved she felt.

"Isn't Jennie great? Don't you guys spend a lot of time together?!" The more Lisa said, the more anxious she sounded.

"Isn't it perfect to get engaged to her? Why are you so awkward?!" Lisa was so angry that she couldn't care less about what she was saying.
