Just a little bit of everything

Periods suck! And when I mean suck. Literally SUCK. I woke up with the worst cramps ever. Not even midol would help. My alarm was annoying me. And I had a great time yesterday with Mason and I wasn't even able to like enjoy it this morning because my cramps were literally killing my insides. Ripping me.

I lie in bed just wanting to cry because I hurt. Mason was sound asleep and I was just sitting here having to get ready for classes. I felt a tear slide down my cheek and I wipe it. I took literally 2 midol and Tylenol. ITS NOT WORKING. This is probably my worst period. I close my eyes trying to breathe. Maybe I could miss class today. A crank shoots from my ovaries like along my lower body I quietly groan not to wake up Mason. All I wanna know is why the FUCK this medicine hasn't helped yet.

How can a great time like yesterday turn into this today. Why does everything hate me in life. I felt another tear roll down my cheek. Have you ever had that one horrible period that the pain just won't go away no matter what you do. This is it. Mason shuffles a bit and I wipe the tear that came down just in case.

"Maddie?" He mutters in his raspy morning voice. I turn to face him wide eyes.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Are you okay? You're clenching your stomach like you're dying" he tells me.

"Just some minor period pains" I shrugged.

"Do you need anything" his eyes were squinted because he just woke up.

"No I took some medicine just waiting for it to kick in" I tell him. He blinks a couple times looking at me normally. His eyes scan my face.

"You cried" he said.

"No" I replied.

"You aren't gonna go to class if it hurts that bad Maddie" he says.

"I'm not a puss" I say. "But I wasn't planning on it either."

"Don't. Try sleeping it off" he tells me.

"I can't sleep because it hurts" I admit.

"What did you take?"

"Midol and Tylenol."

"And it still hurts?" He asked I nodded. "What else usually helps?" He asks.

"I don't know. This usually works. I took 2 midol and I thought that would work and it didn't so I took a Tylenol" I say.

"K...wel do we have a heating pad?" He asks.

"Not that I know of no" I shake my head.

"Turn around back facing me" he tells me.

"Why?" I ask he gives me a look telling me not to question him. I turn around to not face him. Mason lifts the blanket higher on me. Then he lifts the back of my shirt and rubs my back. His hands were really warm actually. It felt nice. I close my eyes. WHY HAS MASON BEEN THIS ADORABLE? He's actually been the cutest boyfriend ever. And I know this shouldn't be like a surprise and Masons always amazing but he just seems so amazing lately. It might be the period.

"I heard that heat makes it better" he tells me.

"Where?" I almost laugh but I hurt too much to even laugh.

"On the Internet Maddie" he says.

"Why would you search that up?" I laugh a little.

"Because" is all he replied.

"You're weird" I laugh a little. It was feeling a little better.

"Just stop talking" he laughs. "Is it a little better?" He asks.
