As she prepared for the arrival of their sons, Aimee tried to push her worries out of her mind, they were being born at the height of this war. Their world was becoming more and more dangerous by the day, many people knew of Aimee's return now, Sirius insisted that Regulus still remained 'dead' in the eyes of the public.

Aimee believed there was a mole, and so did Sirius, there had been too many instances where death eaters were ready for them. Causing many of their mission to fail, a few people had been targeted, though death eater underestimated the strength of some members of the Order.

Most notable were the talents of Fabian and Gideon Prewett, the two brothers were exceptional duelists. They often fought with Jacob and Theo the foursome were an unstoppable team, taking them down would require great knowledge of the tactics and strengths.

Once Aimee told Sirius about the secret door, Jacob and made for Ethan and Laura, he couldn't help but wonder, what might have happened for him to take precautions. Then he remembered the article in the Daily Prophet that Jacob's home had been attacked while they were out.

"Sirius it's your turn," Aimee groaned as Rhea and Phoebe cried, he rolled out of bed while he tended to their daughters, she sat up, taking deep breaths, as she tried to remain calm.

Sirius sighed as Phoebe had woken Rhea up both girls slept through the night, it was rare that they woke up during the night. As he returned to his bedroom, he noticed Aimee straining a little, he hurried through the hall to get the hospital bag.

"Son of bitch!" he said, as he stumbled over the girl's toys, "Reg, wake up, you need to watch Rhea and Pheebs, while I take Aimee to the hospital,"

Sirius threw the hospital bag over his shoulder, he walked to the bedroom, helping her up. They hurried to the fireplace, as they arrived at St. Mungos, Sirius cast 'Accio' to bring a wheelchair to them, he pushed her towards the desk.

"Hi, we're in labour," he said

"What's your name?"

"Aimee Black," she said, taking deep breaths

"Alright sweetie, my name is Eliza Parker, I'm going to take good care of you,"

A few hours had passed and still no babies. Sirius had spoken to the girls through his and Regulus' rings, they were awake now and confused as to why their mum and dad wasn't there with them. He told them to sit tight and soon they'll have their little brothers.

"I'm thirsty," she said,

"Alright, I'll go and get you a drink of water," he left the hospital room, heading to the canteen, where he bumped into another wizard, he glanced at the wizard cringing.

"What are you doing here?" Sirius asked

"I need stitching up," Evan said, he nodded walking away from him "Black!" Sirius stopped wondering what he wanted to say.

"I'm sorry about Aimee, I know you loved her, so did I, I hope you and your family are finding ways to cope," he said, he offered him a sympathetic smile,

"Thanks," he said, as he walked away Evan stopped him.

"I'm still going to keep my promise to Aimee,"

"What promise?" he questioned

"She insisted that if I ever crossed your path, I won't hurt you or attempt to, Aimee meant a lot to me, and it might be too late but I'm willing to be civil with you,"

"I think she would have loved that,"

"Yeah, just a shame we couldn't be civil while she was still here," Evan said, he offered his hand to him, Sirius shook his hand,

It was on the tip of his tongue to say why he was at the hospital, but he couldn't Evan was still a death eater, if he believes Regulus and Aimee were dead there was no reason for the Dark Lord to doubt their existence.

"WHERE THE HELL IS HE!" he hurried to the room,

"I'm right here hunny," he kissed her forehead

Regulus sat on the floor with Rhea and Phoebe, they were climbing all over him, trying to brush his hair, he began laughing when the soft baby brush tickled his face. Rhea held her finger up to him warning her uncle to stop laughing, he just couldn't help it.

"Stop laughing," Phoebe said,

"I can't help it, it tickles,"

"Be brave, okay?" Rhea said, patting his face

"I am being brave," he laughed

"What in the world is going on?" Sirius questioned, as he saw the bizarre scene in front of him.

"Daddy, Uncle Reggie won't stop laughing," Phoebe said,

"Are they our baby brothers?" Rhea asked, as their mother walked through the door, holding too tiny baby boys.

"Yes, come here," Sirius took Rhea and Phoebe to the sofa, Aimee walked over settling the little baby's in their arms,

"What they called?" Phoebe asked

"Hadrian and Carden," Sirius said, he helped them support their brother's heads, Aimee went to go for a nap, Regulus watched her making sure she walked there alright.

"Jet black hair, just like us," Regulus commented, looking at the almost identical boys, they were fraternal twins though they resembled the father more than their mother. "Kreacher will have a heart attack when he sees the tapestry,"

"What?"

"Father never took you out of the will, you'll still inherit Grimmauld Place, I don't think mother realised that,"

"How is that possible?"

"Father was different before he died, there was something different about him, I could never fully figure out what it was. Kreacher asked if you had married Aimee,"

"Why did he assume that?"

"He saw two new members on the tapestry, Rhea Marlene Black and Phoebe Alice Black,"

"Does she know?"

"That you had children? No, she doesn't go up there. Although, it wouldn't surprise me if Aimee's mother told her,"

"Yeah, I forgot she knew about us, Reg, going completely off-topic, have you heard anything regarding Aimee's father?"

"No, why?"

"Aimee cares a lot about her dad, I just find it strange that he hasn't contacted her at all,"

"I'll ask around see if I can find anything,"

As Sirius watched Rhea and Phoebe with their little brothers, he smiled at them, so gentle even for toddlers. He worried about Thomas, he had sent many letters to Aimee then they just stopped, though she didn't seem to notice, assuming that he was busy or working on something for Dumbledore.
