A fun day in the snow! - Fan x Test Tube (Human AU)

Fan drags Test tube outside to play in the snow with her while she was trying to conduct an experiment. Unaware to Test tube, Fan uses this chance to confess his love for Test Tube and make Test Tube his girlfriend.

                                                       Test Tube's POV

I was in my laboratory, conducting a future experiment I was going to do. As I was working, I could hear the faint laughters coming from above my laboratory.

 It was the season of building snowmans, and basically just having fun in the snow.

While I was working, I heard a familiar shout coming inside of my laboratory.

 When I turned around to look, it was Fan.

 "Fan? What are you doing here and HOW did you get inside!?" "No time to explain! Come outside, the weather is nice!" said Fan.

"IT'S LESS THAN 30 DEGREES FAN, HOW IS IT NICE!?" I put on my trench coat while shouting at him. He gave me a blank stare and dragged me outside.

"GAAH! FAN PLEASE BE CAREFUL! DON'T DROP ANYTHING!!" "No need to be frightened of the cold, it'll be fun! I promise." said Fan.

 Once we were outside, I saw multiple objects throwing snowballs, running around, and goofing off.

I wasn't your typical person to partake in these activities, but I couldn't get Fan to stop dragging me by the wrist.

He said, "Want to have a snowball fight with Lightbulb and Paintbrush? It's super fun!" "Fine." I said.

I saw him run off to invite Paintbrush and Lightbulb. While I was daydreaming, I saw Fan run back with Lightbulb and Paintbrush beside him.

 "Oh hey Tube, Fan invited us over so we can do a snowball fight!!" said Lightbulb.

Paintbrush and I nodded in agreement, which signaled Fan to state the rules.

"Here are the rules," said Fan. "Since there is 4 of us, we'll make 2 teams of 2, each team will make a fortress to protect themselves from getting hit from a snowball," "You guys can throw snowballs of any size, as long as you hit all of the members from the opposing team, your team wins!"

 "So we can make a reeeeally big snowball and hit the other team? Nice!" said Lightbulb.

"Ok!" "3, 2, 1..GO!" said Fan. We all got to work right away, and I decided to construct the fortress.

 "Nice fortress Test Tube!! We'll certainly win with your incredible fortress!" said Fan.

 When he said those words, I couldn't help but smile.

Maybe this isn't bad after all.

 I noticed the other team finished building and Lightbulb started throwing snowballs towards our direction, but luckily she missed.

 I saw Fan throwing snowballs back, and I grabbed a chunk of snow and curled it up into a ball.

I threw it directly at the opposing team's fortress, which knocked down half of it, since it was quite small.

"GAAH! PAINTY THEY KNOCKED DOWN OUR FORTRESS IN HALF!!" exclaimed Lightbulb.

I saw Fan staring at me, which left me dazed but I went back to work and threw more snowballs.

                                                Fan's POV

I couldn't help but admire Test Tube as she gracefully threw the snowballs at the other team.

 I was going to confess to her today, and only today, but how? I snapped back into reality and saw a snowball coming right at my direction.

Oh no! I was too busy admiring Test Tube I didn't realize I WASN'T behind the fortress!

Before I could react, I saw Test Tube dashing to save me. I closed my eyes in fear. I could make our team lose, and everything could go wrong!

 I opened my eyes and looked up.

 I saw Test Tube's gorgeous eyes.

Her eyes shimmered in the wintery weather, and everything went silent around me.

 Her face was so close to mines, I just wanted to kiss her right now!

 She set me down a second later. "FAN!? WHAT WERE YOU DOING!?"

 "Whoops! Sorry Test Tube!"

 "It's fine, let's get back to throwing snowballs." 

We set up the fortress near a big tree, so the snowball crashed into it.

 I threw a snowball at Lightbulb, and I got her!

 "Oh no!" Lightbulb shouted.

 "Nice shot Fan!" I heavily blushed and couldn't control it, so I faced the opposite way of Test Tube.

I heard someone angrily shout from the other team, and I could tell it was Paintbrush.

 Test Tube threw a snowball at them and they were eliminated.

 They sighed. "Oh, well cheers to you two, you guys won," "It was nice playing with you guys!"

 "Yeah, You guys were awesome! Bye!!"

 "Bye!" said Test Tube and I in unison.

I noticed that it was sunset, and this was the chance to do it.

"Want to rest somewhere? I know a good spot!" I said.

 "Sure, but where could we rest? Everything is covered in snow."

 "Well, let's go..over there!" I pointed at a random direction nearby a huge tree. "Come on!" I said.

She sighed but went along with me. We lied down, looking into the sky.

 I saw Test Tube shivering, the only thing she had on was her trench coat over her lab coat.

I wanted her to be comfortable, so I could finally confess to her. I gently lifted her head and tossed my jacket around our shoulders.

 She was facing the direction I was facing but I did see her blush which made me blush as well.

 "Sorry for dragging you out here, I know you don't feel comfortable."

"It's okay, Fan," "I actually had lots of fun today, just like how you said when we were inside the laboratory."

 I just wanted to doze off, since it was getting dark and we were about to head inside.

Okay, this is your chance Fan, today you'll get a girlfriend and everything will go perfectly!

"Hey um, Test Tube..I have to say, you are really smart, and beautiful," "Your so perfect, I mean, I could never do what you do and you've inspired me to do a lot of things!"

 She grinned. "Thank you, Fan, but you also are good at many things, and you make my day anyday."

We were silent for a moment, until I blurted out those 4, special words. (test tube is a special word right?)

"I LOVE YOU FAN/TEST TUBE!"

We both were looking deeply at the other, no words were spoken.

 We were both heavily blushing, so heavy that it was visible to the eye inches away.

"I-I'm sorry, was that s-sudden?" She said.

"N-Not at all! It's okay actually..I love you so much, Test Tube."

 She smiled and gave me a peck on the cheek.

 I didn't even realize my face was really red, and I had a huge smile on my face.

We stargazed for the rest of the night, until I eventually dozed off.

                                                Test Tube's POV

I saw Fan getting sleepy and he eventually dozed off.

 I carried him back to the hotel where all the other objects would stay mainly overnight.

Luckily he didn't weigh as much, so it was easier for me to carry him.

I tucked him in his bed and decided to sleep beside him.

"Goodnight Fan, I love you."
