My POV-

Well I'm lacking in words to describe how much I liked your story. Vivi the main character is perfect portrayal of what a girl becomes after harsh treatment.

The way you described everything about her hooked me to read this book. Your descriptions are amazing. Your grammar is perfect. Your writing style is fluent. You have done perfect job with tenses too.

I love male main character too and sparks flying between them. Everything in your book is perfect.

I have no words its awesome!

Suggestions:-

Only very tiny miniscule type of problems are there, regarding your presentation.

1) since your chapters are shorter, add a song or chapter related video. Try adding lyrics in last. Many authors do that too.

2) Creating suspense- the way you describe is nice. But if you created more suspense, like for an example think-

When she is signing off papers, Your MC couldn't write or read properly, so at that moment if you make readers go crazy with suspense then it would be more good. But the answer was already given.

May be there are more secrets, but make sure to blast them in small packs. Not like atom bomb all of a sudden.

3) chapter orientation- the author notes in middle of every few chapter resets the mood. Try removing that. If you want you can ads acknowledgement page in front.

That's it. I didn't find any such more blunder and cliché mistakes.

The book is very nice for your first attempt.

I'm loving it.

And as I don't say it much, so consider it as a compliment.
