Madelyn is working in the in the ER toady, she gets handed a chart by a nurse and heads over to examine her patient

"Hi, I'm Dr. Shepherd" she introduces to the patient and his Mom

"Hi. Uh, he's really hot and his stomach's hurting so much. He was fine. We were playing at the zoo one minute, and he was fine. I don't ... please" the Mom says panicking

"Okay. All right, Noah, does it hurt over here?" Madelyn asks applying slight pressure to his stomach

"Ooh. Ah! Ah" Noah let's out in pain

"It's okay, baby" His Mom says comforting him

Madelyn turns to a nurse "Okay, page Dr. Robbins, stat"

"Right away, Dr. Shepherd"

Arizona arrives in the ER and is checking on Noah

Noah's Dad has now arrived and is asking Arizona questions "You sure it's okay to give him this much medicine When we don't know what's wrong with him?"

"Okay, it's not gonna hurt him. He needed a painkiller, jim. I'm telling you, he needed it." Noah's Mom replies

Madelyn walks in with Noah's results "Upper right chest and K.U.B. Are negative"

"Go get him set up For a C.T. With contrast" Arizona says to the resident

"Okay. How could this have happened?" Jim asks

"Just say it. You think I missed something" Kelly says

Jim looks at his wife "Honey, I don't. I ..."

"Yes, you do. Just admit it"

"Okay, fine. Fine. I mean, how do you miss a fever this high?"

Arizona stops the bickering parents " Guys, this isn't gonna help. Kids get sick. It's no one's fault"

"It is. It's my fault" Kelly says

"Oh, kelly, don't"

"If you had been with him and this happened, I'd be blaming you. I would kill you if you had him and this happened"

Arizona interrupts them again "Okay. I need to get him in the C.T. I've also added an I.V. Antibiotic because he's septic, and I want to make sure that we've covered everything"
