"Hey. I heard about the accident. A tanker blew?" Madelyn says excitedly
"A tanker didn't blow" Owen replies
"Bailey" Derek says when the woman joins them "I haven't seen you outside your genome lab for a week"
"Oh, speaking of which, when can I have my genome mapped?" Richard asks "I have an aunt who died of breast cancer. It can happen in males"
"Uh, no" Bailey says
"Yeah, it can" Richard replies
Bailey sighs "It's just, now I'm thinking about your breasts"
"When did you say that tanker blew?" Richard asks Owen
"The tanker did not blow" Owen repeats
"Oh..Damn...are you sure?" Madelyn asks
Derek lightly slaps her on the back of her head as Owen scolds her "Don't look so disappointed"
"Madelyn" Jo says grabbing the girls attention
"Yeah?" she questions the intern who explains to her how she has a patient who's mom is insisting something is wrong with her son.
"...They said it could be cat scratch fever or Stevens-Johnson syndrome..." Casey says
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa" Madelyn says stopping the woman "Who said this?"
"One of those medical sites online" the woman replies
Jo rushes over with a prescription "It's strep" she says "Casey, Parker's rapid test came back positive for strep throat. I have a prescription for amoxicillin"
"Oh, God. Thank God" the woman sighs in relief "I just knew it wasn't a virus"
"As soon as we get you signed out, you can take Parker home" Jo says
"Thank you" Casey replies
"Well, I hope your son feels better" Madelyn says dismissing herself

A while later Madelyn is back in the ER updating her patients file when Owen approaches April who's standing next to her "Kepner, how are we doing?"
"Take a look. From ambulance arrival, the entire intake took 22 minutes, 11 seconds" April replies "Your new E.R. works" she says nudging Madelyn
"Thank God, this ER made us broke" Madelyn replies
Then out of nowhere the tanker blows causing the ground to shake aggressively
"What the hell was that?!" someone yells
"The tanker must have blown" Owen says before consoling a little boy
