Madelyn, Cristina Arizona are following Owen down the hallway
"Haircut" Madelyn says to Arizona
"Yes" the blonde replies happily "You can't just say "haircut." You have to say "nice haircut." Otherwise, I'll think that you think it's a bad haircut. And I'm wearing a dress and I got a haircut 'cause I wanna look nice today. Do I look nice?"
"You look tense" Madelyn comments
"Say I look nice!" Arizona scolds
Madelyn holds her hands up in defence "You look nice"
"Was that so hard?" the blonde asks
"Mm" Madelyn hums in response as Owen opens the doors to the outpatient surgery wing
"Here we are" he says revealing the wing which had been hit by the storm
"Oh, my God" Arizona says
"Why are we here?" Cristina asks
"So you can see it for yourself so this is not just a concept. There is a hole in this hospital, and it is leaking money" Owen replies
"But isn't that what insurance is for?" Madelyn asks
"They are swamped with storm claims. Now with this outpatient surgery wing gone, all of those patients are now overloading our regular O.R.s" Owen says
"Well, what do you want us to do about it?" Arizona asks
"Meet. Make a plan. Be the board" Owen replies
"We're all swamped" Cristina says
"And Meredith and Derek are on leave. Webber's down" Arizona says
"...Yeah, and you and Torres can't be in the same room" Owen points out
"...I have a patient" Arizona says ignoring the man's comment "You know, right now this hospital needs doctors more than it needs board members"
"What this hospital needs is both. If you people can't be both, then we are in a lot of trouble" He replies as Arizona walks off
"It'll get done" Madelyn says "But right now, I also have patients"

"Ugh!" April groans earning the brunettes attention
"You all right?" Madelyn asks
"Yeah" April says before changing her mind "No. I... no. I haven't heard yet. Uh... About my boards"
"Oh. Yeah. But don't freak out. You passed" Madelyn says confidently
April smiles at the girls words "Well, if I didn't, you'll know that the first time wasn't your fault. It was all me" she jokes
