"Geez Jo" Madelyn groans being woken up by the sound of Jo slamming the door shut behind her
"Sorry" she whispers before blurting out "I- oh god I slept with a sub-I"
"What the hell is a sub-I?" Madelyn questions
"Med students" Jo says
"You slept with a Med student" Madelyn laughs
"It's not funny. He's a nice guy" Jo says
"Since when were you into nice guys?" Madelyn questions
"He can't be the last person i've slept with" Jo says in a serious tone completely ignoring Madelyn's question
"I mean normally I would offer to help but-"
"That's why you need to get better" Jo exaggerates
"So I can sleep with you...?" Madelyn questions
"No- well yes but also because I love you" Jo smiles
"Why don't you just get back with Alex, have sex with him" Madelyn suggests
"Alex doesn't even care, when he found out he laughed in my face" Jo says
"It's kinda funny" Madelyn shrugs
"You're no help. And i'm not getting back with Alex" Jo says seriously
"Okay" Madelyn replies not believing her for a second
"I'm not" Jo repeats
"Okay" Madelyn says again "Now go away, i'm tired"
"Right, i'll be back later" Jo says before leaving the room so Madelyn can get some sleep

A little while later Madelyn is woken again, this time by April "I told you not to- what are you doing?" Madelyn asks when she sees Alexis in the redheads arms
"I thought maybe you'd want to see her" April replies honestly
"April I can't even hold her, don't huh remember what happened last time?" Madelyn questions in annoyance
"Well I just thought-"
"April, this is like dangling a carrot in-front of my face knowing I could never have it" Madelyn says
"You can hold her, we'll just be careful- I'll help-"
"Don't. Please don't. I can't- I don't think you understand how much it hurts, even the slightest touch burns like hell" Madelyn informs
Once again Alexis starts reaching her arms out for Madelyn to take her, overwhelming the brunette with guilt
"I'm just trying to help" April says
