"I mean, she acts like I'm some kind of animal, when who does the dishes? Me. Who makes sure the piles and piles of dirty laundry are fluffed and folded? Me" Amelia rants to Madelyn who just rolls her eyes "What's her problem? She's just impossible"
"Then move out?" Madelyn says "Be an adult, get your own place"
"Wha- well, it's expensive" Amelia defends
"Amelia, sometimes- sometimes you're impossible"
"Hey! You excited?" Arizona says cheerfully walking up to the Shepherd sisters
Madelyn furrows her brows in confusion "About...?"
"April. She's coming in tonight, right?" Arizona asks
"Oh, um, yeah" Madelyn mutters in response, leaving to go to the ER
"So, what time's the thing tonight?" Callie asks the second the brunette gets to the ER
"What thing?" Madelyn asks in response
Callie looks at her weirdly "For April. She comes back tonight, right? Isn't... aren't we doing a thing?"
"Big night, Shepherd. When's Kepner getting in?" Owen asks
"No idea" Madelyn replies
"Then what time's the thing?" he asks
"There is no thing!" Madelyn says getting annoyed

"There's a shortcut to... to school. I-I take it every day over... the tracks" Jessica says
"She's tachy at 120" the paramedic says
"I'm gonna need a doppler to check these extremities for pulses" Madelyn says
"I-I-I tripped. You know, my foot... it got stuck in between the tracks" Jessica explains
"Shh. Shh, shh. Try to stay calm, Jess" Madelyn says to the teen
"Have you seen the other girl? She... She just showed up out of nowhere. She... she tried to push me out of the way" Jessica says
"Uh, uh, uh, somebody?! I'm not sure what to do here!" Madelyn hears an intern says
"Help get the other patient inside. Go" Owen says "Shepherd. Take a look a this"
As Madelyn goes to look, Jessica grabs her hand "Oh. Hey. It's gonna be all right, Jess. We're gonna take care of you... both of you. Okay?" she reassures, the teen nodding slowly and letting go
