Madelyn looks up at the stage where Teddy stands explaining the patients case "When a heart wasn't available, I opted to continue with Roy Henley's lung transplant ..."

Madelyn's focus is shifted when she hears Jackson and April start talking

"It's all in your head" April says to the boy

"My name isn't on the O.R. Board. I checked the schedule. Nobody wants to work with me, 'cause I'm not on anybody's service"

"It's an oversight, okay? Just ... just ask around" April tries to convince her friend

"Do you know how many things I've screwed up in the last month?"

"Probably a lot" Madelyn chirps in from behind the two

Meredith leans forward "Stop it. I'm serious.Just ask around and get on someone's service and get back to work" the blonde says

Madelyn turns her attention back to Teddy

"...Suggested no pulmonary sepsis"

A rough looking Alex takes a seat next to Madelyn

"You smell like you're sweating booze" Madelyn says holding her nose in disgust

"Where have you been?" Meredith asks

"I want the weekend you had" Jackson states

"What happens in Vegas, you know?" Alex replies before asking "Hey, who's stark? I'm supposed to be on stark's service today"

April turns around "Oh, me, too. He's the new peds attending, Since Robbins left"

"Crap. I can't handle a bunch of sick kids today. I can't do it" Alex replies

"So was it a bachelor party or..." Jackson asks but is interrupted by Meredith

"Shh. They're talking about Cristina"

If Madelyn wasn't paying attention before she sure was now

"It became clear to Dr. Yang That they were gonna need to switch modalities. The patient was put on ecmo ... It's when the pressure gets too high that problems really occur" Teddy says

"And why did Dr. Yang Opt to use the intra-aortic balloon pump over an r-vad?" A doctor from the audience asks

"I, um ... I can't answer for Dr. Yang"

"And why isn't she here?" another doctor asks

Teddy pauses for a moment "She, um... She quit. She left the program. I'm sorry."
