Madelyn is trying to get a look at herself in the mirror while she's brushing her teeth but struggles with a fighting Alex who's doing the same and April who's brushing her hair
Jackson pops his head out of the shower asking for a towel
April hands him one accidentally bumping Lexie's arm causing the razor she's using to shave her legs cut her
"Oh, sorry" April says
"Jeez" Lexie responds
Derek and Meredith stand in the doorway
"You know this isn't normal?" Derek says to Meredith who just smiles in response

Madelyn is filling out some forms at the nurses station when she's joined by Meredith and Cristina but before they can say anything Lexie rushes over
"Hey, uh, do you know how long April and Jackson are planning to stay in the house?"
"Uh, as long as they like. Why?" Meredith asks
"Well, April's taken over Izzie's room, which was fine when it was temporary, But I live in the attic, And I sleep next to Christmas ornaments" Lexie says
"April's best friend just died, and she's all alone" Meredith says
"I'm not evil. It's just ... She's annoying. Okay?"
"Really? I find you much more annoying" Cristina says making fun of Lexie
Almost as if on cue April comes running past
"Car ran into a laundromat. Multiple traumas!" she shouts
Madelyn stifles a laugh
"I'm not wrong" Lexie says hoping her point had just been proven
Madelyn and Lexie wonder off to the ER to prepare for multiple traumas
"Mm. Pretty annoying" Cristina mutters

Madelyn, Lexie and April all end up on the same patient
"Can you find out about my husband? His name's Larry" Eleanor asks April
"He was in the car with you?" April asks
"No, he was in the laundromat. I- I hit him. I don't remember anything. I was in the car outside the laundromat, and the next thing I know, the car's inside the laundromat, And there was screaming"
"Okay" April says sympathetically "Do either of you want to order her labs or take her scans?" April asks
"I'm good" Madelyn says
