Lexie invited Madelyn over to watch a pyeloplasty, so she's currently sat next to Lex ok the couch peacefully unit Derek and Meredith enter the room kissing and laughing, they're so unaware of their surroundings when they fall onto the couch landing right next to Lexie they don't notice the girl
"Good morning" Lexie says grabbing the couples attention
"Oh, my God"
"Maddy? What are you doing here?" Derek asks
"Lex invited me to watch a pyeloplasty. I can rewind it back to the beginning if you'd like?" she asks
"No, let's go" he says to Mer "Hey, listen for the baby"
"What?" both girls reply
"20 minutes" he says leaving the room with Mer
"Ugh, I hate them" Madelyn mutters
"No you hate that you can't have sex because you're in love with someone and haven't told them" Lexie teases
"And I hate you too"

Madelyn aggressively knocks on the car window getting the attention of Derek and Meredith
"Your baby wants you" She says pointing to Lexie whose holding Zola
"Okay. I'm sorry, but she woke up, and she seemed like she wanted you guys. But don't worry. She didn't see anything" Lexie apologises
"We're never gonna have sеx again, are we?" Derek says to Mer
"Aw. Happy Valentine's day" Mer replies
"Mm. Mm."
Meredith takes Zola from Lexie "Okay, baby. There we go"
"Hey. Well, listen, I can babysit tonight if you guys need some time to ... yourselves. 'Cause I have, uh, no plans 'cause my life is empty. I'm alone with no plans whatsoever, at all" Lexie says
"That's great" Derek replies going upstairs with Meredith and Zola
"You're joining me right?" Lexie asks Madelyn
"Uhh, only if you'll have sex with me?"
"What is wrong with you?"
"Nothing! My only plans this valentines is to have sex, so if you can't provide then I can't make plans with you" Madelyn shrugs "Need a lift to work?" she asks
"Yes. And by the way i'd rather have Zola as a date than you" Lexie jokes
"Great, then you'll have fun tonight" Madelyn replies placing an arm over Lexies shoulders
