"Amelia Shepherd" Madelyn says walking towards the nurses station "What on earth are you doing here?" she asks accepting the embrace her sister offers
"I brought Derek a gift" Amelia replies pointing to a man who smiles awkwardly "A brain tumor" she clarifies "He has a brain tumor"
"Right, well. I've missed you"
"Really? Is that why you haven't returned my calls?"
"Uhhhh."
"Oh, come on. Amy?" Derek says walking round the corner
"Well if you'd pick up the damn phone. I wouldn't have to stalk you"
"Yeah why didn't you call your sister?" Mark says
"Sister?" Meredith says looking between the three Shepherd siblings
"Meredith and Cristina, this is Amy" Derek introduces
"Amelia. Only Mads and Derek get to call me Amy" Amelia says sticking out her hand for Meredith to shake "Nice to finally meet you"
"Likewise" the blonde replies
"Amy...Amelia is also a neurosurgeon" Mark says
"Another one? You Shepherds grow them like weeds" Cristina exclaims
Derek ignores her and looks back at his sister "Who's this, your husband?"he says pointing at the man
"Derek, this is Tom" Amelia says enthusiastically
"Todd" the man corrects
Derek nods his head in disbelief "Best of luck to you both" he replies walking away
"We met on the plane" Amelia says stopping Derek "He has a probable pituitary tumor"
"Did she say you had spongy hands" Derek asks Todd
"Yeah"
"Were your hands on her breasts at the time?" Derek asks earning a nod from Todd
"So this was a mile high hookup?"
"That doesn't change the fact that he's a very sick man" Amelia says
"If he has symptoms it could be a tumor?" Madelyn says to her older brother
"Not just could. It is" Amelia says
"Alright, well, this firm lady will find you a surgeon" Derek says pointing at Cristina
Madelyn turns to her sister "I'm sure he'll come around...maybe" she says patting her sister on the shoulder and heading off in the opposite direction to Derek
