"April, please just open the door" Madelyn begs as she stands outside the locked bathroom
"Madelyn i'm really freaking out in here" April replies
"Yeah, I know. Just open the door-"
"No. It's bad luck" April replies
"April, we're already married, so I don't think that matters here, just open-"
The bathroom door finally opens revealing a teary eyed redhead "My family aren't coming" she says
"Not even your Mom?" Madelyn asks making April shake her head "Come here" she whispers offering the redhead an embrace which she takes "I promise toady will be everything you ever dreamed"
"What about you?" April asks looking up at Madelyn "Are you family going to be there?"
"I didn't invite anyone other than Derek and Amelia. I'd prefer my wedding day to be stress free" the brunette replies
"Do you think Jackson would walk me down the aisle?" April asks
"I think he would, and I think that would be lovely" Madelyn replies
"Okay" April replies "Okay, we're good, everything's good, I'm -"
"Perfect" Madelyn says cutting of the redhead "Everything is perfect, okay" she says softly "I love you. And I will see you later" she says giving April a quick kiss
"Okay, I love you too" April replies

"Okay" Jo says walking into the dressing room "Amelia, Callie and Arizona are here and ready, we're just waiting on Meredith"
"Typical" Madelyn replies
"Okay, you look drop dead gorgeous. If I wasn't with Alex and you weren't with April I would sooo-"
The resident is interrupted by Amelia opening the door
"You look beautiful Maddy" Amelia says
"Thank you" Madelyn replies
"Jo, do you mind if I talk to Mads alone?" Amelia asks
"No, not at all. I have to go find Meredith anyway. Okay, well you look beautiful, I'll see you in a bit" Jo says giving Madelyn a quick kiss on the cheek
"Bye" Madelyn replies with a soft smile
"So, how do you feel?" Amelia asks
"I feel good" Madelyn replies "Mot really a fan of weddings but-"
"But April is. I think it's cute" Amelia says
"What is?" Madelyn asks
"You becoming a big softie" Amelia replies
